I purchased 2 TVs exactly 30 days ago. One seems to be fine, but the other randomly goes to a blue screen and makes a terribly loud pulsating noise. The remote does nothing and it has to be unplugged. I called and was told it’s too late to exchange it and I’ll have to make an appointment to have it looked at, and that there may be a charge. What??? I’ve had it for 30 days! I didn’t take it back earlier because I was troubleshooting and had to wait to see if it would do it again…and it does. I’ve purchased things from Best Buy for years! My son was in the Geek Squad. I am DONE with them!

We bought a TV and we were going to have it delivered. I believe we got it on a Sunday said it would be here by wednesday. I kept checking the tracking and we were up to date for to be delivered on wednesday between 12 and 2:00. At about 1:45 I got an update stating that our order was running behind but it would still be there today. By 6:00 when I got home it still was not here and I received a message stating that the order had been canceled. No reason. I had to call the store to find out that the reason it was canceled is because they didn't have one in stock anywhere in the valley and refused to just let me know that. Customer service was not very helpful at all. They basically told me sorry it was canceled because we didn't have it and you're going to have to deal with it. Terrible experience I do not recommend ordering anything from them
