Horrible customer service. The floor manager told me any GE overhang microwave would work for me since I already had a previous one and didn't want to reframe and redrill any holes. I buy one and when I unbox it looks slightly different from the display model but same model number so I give it a shot and as soon as I put on frame it slips and outs 2 holes in my kitchen wall. Also screw holes didn't line up like he said it would. I drove back 20 mins to the store to return it. They didn't do anything for me. No discount towards another purchase, no gift card, nothing to try to fit the situation and keep a customer. For that reason I will never shop here again. Advice to floor manager, don't tell customers what they want to hear just to get the sale...Before this incident I had purchased a chest freezer and the employee that brought it to my truck had the dolly on the part of the box that said no dolly or hand truck... Hmmmm funny thing when I got home it was all dented up from the front. They did nothing about it to help me with that. This was the last straw. I can tell by other reviews on here they don't care much about customer service.
