Terrible customer service. They dropped off a damaged washer and dryer. Refused to pick it up and kept running me through loops to get it replaced. I now have to drop it off just to get it out of my house.
The manager was defensive about the delivery service even though the technicians confirm the units are damaged and do not work.

I bought watch and don’t go back there they don’t give your money back any how you pay at last if you return anything back to them they keep money and pretend to give you gift card why that ridiculous and the manager will threat you to kick out if you argue to get your own money back i told them keep 256$ I don’t meed gift card if I didn’t like or fits the product i bought it should be returned the money back unti unless it was broken but no this best buy is worse store i ever been too
