Best Buy, what has happened to your customer service? It's more like No Customer Service!!!! We spent $662.00 on Eufy cameras in the Nampa store, on 8/19. We had the crap Blink ones for a couple of years, more like Blink and it doesn't work. Anyway, the Eufy cameras worked for the first 2 days. Then when my husband tried to invite me to share in the joy of the camera usage, his cameras disappeared! He took me off, his came back on. He put me back on, his went away. So, we called Best Buy Customer service! Ha Ha Ha No longer can you call the local store, they don't even post their number anywhere. If you call in to the BB # you get someone from somewhere, but, not Idaho for sure. Anyway, my husband had to remove all 6 cameras and the doorbell. He has to take them in, we will get a refund. We have the Total Best Buy membership, doesn't apply to cameras. Crappy situation. Really bad, Best Buy, and I think you are not the Best Buy right now. Shame on you.

I absolutely HATE your AI assistant calling! I just want to talk to a live person! I called and hung up and called and hung up at least a dozen times trying to get to speak to somebody and I am no longer going to use you because of this!
