Absolutely horrible customer service. And it’s not just a one-time situation—every time we go there, something goes wrong. We bought an iPad there and also purchased a screen protector from a different store. We asked them to apply it professionally, and they charged $15 for the service. We paid for the professional installation and got very poor results. There is dust under the protector.
We called them the next day to ask if they could redo the job, and they said no because their work is not guaranteed. Now I’m left with visible dust under my iPad screen, over $30 wasted on the screen protector, $15 wasted on the service, and no solution. I do not recommend them.

The staff needs retraining they burn the buns so bad that they a hard as a rock i will not be coming back to this location 4 times in a row is way more then should happen here get it together you arw making in and out look bad do better

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any store. Bought a $1800 open box monitor in “excellent” condition. No discrepancies noted before the purchase. It is missing multiple items, and Best Buy’s response is “you’re gonna have to buy a new monitor, pay the difference, and deal with it”. Personally, not how I believe business should be handled. To each their own I guess.
