The Best Buy in Twin Falls is pretty much what you’d expect from a smaller Best Buy location. The store itself is on the smaller side, and prices tend to be on the higher end, which isn’t unusual for a Best Buy. The employees were helpful the few times I’ve visited, always willing to answer questions and guide me to what I needed. That said, the store did feel a little understocked during my visits, but I was still able to find the items I was looking for without too much trouble. Overall, there’s really nothing wrong with this location—it’s clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. At the same time, nothing about it really stood out or went above and beyond; it’s functional and gets the job done. If you’re in the area and need something quickly, it works fine, but don’t expect any surprises.

The gentleman working the geek squad repair desk was extremely helpful. He could’ve made a lot of money off of me not having knowledge about my iPhone battery. But he chose to point me in the right direction to a different establishment instead, saving me a great deal of money and headache . I appreciate that.
