Best Buy doesn’t answer the phone. instead they send the call to a call center in India to people who don’t speak a word of English.

All I have to say orlando was very patient with us with that ordeal with verizon. He was patient, professional and stayed late. The whole situation was so frustrating but he manage to stay calm and took care of us.
