Called today to ask if they had restocked o. Projectors and explained that I had came in on sat and that there was little to no inventory. This Female assured me that they had restocked on the projectors. Why did I come in and there was only 3 options for projectors. I don't know who runs this location but lying isnt going to get you customer service points. Do better.

Tried to make an appt for Geek Squad. The first woman I spoke to had a strong accent, I asked her if she could slow down so I can understand what she is saying. Shortly after she connected me to another person "Rahoo", he had a very strong accent, so again I asked him to please slow down and he hung up on me. I called the Best Buy store to talk to the manager, the woman that answered wanted to know what it was regarding, I told her poor customer service. She wanted to know exactly what, I told her with tech support, and she hung up on me. Is anyone in charge over there?
