Used to rely on Best Buy for all my electronics needs. Went in there yesterday, Sunday, and experienced the worst customer service ever. When I entered the store there were 4 employees at the front talking with each other (one was the manager on duty.) I wasn't even greeted. Was looking to purchase a monitor. There was a stair ladder parked, unattended, in the way. I waited and walked around looking for assistance. Finally found an employee who to ask for help and was told he would sen
d someone over. Waited again. The entire time the manager and at least one other employee were in front leaning on the counter. Worst experience ever. Left and went to Costco.
