Receipt attached for proof. I ordered a phone on the Best Buy website. Input the details of my current phone and as you can see Best Buy said $260 trade in. In the store when I picked up the new phone and they said the system only can give $40 trade in. They were unable to honor the promotion although they did try to figure it out. I kept my old phone instead of taking the $40. I figured I just needed to reach someone outside of the store and they could solve the problem. After leaving I reached out to Best Buy support to see if they can figure it out. Best Buy refuses to honor what their word. Everyone I've spoken to was unable to do the trade in promotion regardless of the receipt showing it should be so.
If Best Buy would like me to take this review down they only need to do what they said. Send me a box. I'll send my old phone in and you can honor the trade in value that is on my receipt.
Calling Best Buy is the worst ever. I called into the Twin Falls store and was on the phone for 15 mins...no one answered. You can't talk to customer service directly and it's pretty stupid why you can't. Just a simple question and you can't reach anyone

Best Buy here in Twin Falls is ok. I found it hard to find service from someone who could actually help me. I was looking at a high end tablet, and yet they couldn't take the time to show my wife what it would be like. Then when I decided to spend $1,000+, they could find a cash register to ring me up??? Just weird.
