First, recycling your own stuff costs $30 now. Can you believe that? But, more relevant, I bought an open-box monitor that had a broken power cable (the ground was missing). The defect was not mentioned on the label, it just said there was "residue". I brought the cable back to the store, but they said that they can't replace it unless I return the entire monitor, so I had to just buy a new power cable for $15, which is more than I had saved by buying the monitor open box ($10).

I had a very complex phone issue. I was helped by a young man named Brendan in the Geek Squad. He was polite, professional, & very tech savvy. Because this was not a traditional problem, Brendan had to literally create a workaround to fix it. He didn't give up. He persevered until he found a solution. On a scale of 1-10, I give him an 11! What a fabulous employee & great asset to the Best Buy Geek Squad! Highly recommend this place!
The service it's poor . I didn't get no attention to be help for service. As a customer.
