They don’t have sales people or specialized employees who are knowledgeable on the products they sell.
I was in there today ready to buy a laptop, was looking around for 15-20 minutes and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any one to help me.
Strange world we live. I go to Walmart and look around and they have sales associates but Best Buy for some reason has no interest in helping there customers or trying to make sales.
The silver lining is I was able to find a better laptop at Costco and it’s significantly cheaper than Best Buy……..
