How do I check product availability at the Aurora Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

This is by far the best Best Buy I have been to. I wish I lived in this area so I could come to this Best Buy more often, but unfortunately I don’t. Yesterday I walked in with my old mouse and was looking to recycle it to get the 20% coupon toward Logitech products. Alex was not quite familiar with the promotions at first but was able to quickly locate them for me with the help of other employees. I bought a new keyboard and mouse using the coupon. It was a great deal! Shout outs to Alex and the girl at the front; sorry I didn’t get a chance to look at her name tag. I wish the Best Buy in my area could offer the same high quality of service like this one does.

I am very disappointed with the service provide at this store I am an appointment with the Geek squad setup by Apple and that’s wasn’t a good experience at all I was told multiple different answers to questions I asked then the service advisor spent about 5 minutes with me and rushed me on he made time to ask me to sign some paperwork work so that they will get billed correctly that’s a joke and then I had another question and the person who was working with me called for a MOD manger on duty the General Manager was right there Todd Miller and didn’t bother to help out I will never visit this store again I normally hear bad things about this particular store but since I moved in the area I decided to try it out I will drive all the way to the Bloomingdale store where you are treated fairly I got the look as if my skin color was a contributing factor to why the General Manager decided not to help me well guess what Best Buy people of color shops there also
