The employee was about to get off of his shift and still found time to help us. We got the perfect laptop for my daughter for college and the woozoo fan she wanted.

Heather the "Manager" is terrible. You would think after me being a Best Buy total member for so many years it would mean something to this company. I guess not, she is incredibly rude, and what's worse she doesn't even know what she's doing. I've been going to Best Buy for so many years I know what my "total" covers, but just to be clear l called the customer service and they "escalated" the concern because even they admitted she was wrong. You all need to train your people better, and have them value your loyal customers. This experience could have lost you a Customer, I doubt you all care tho...

Went in to buy a pair of ray bans and scooter so over $1000 worth of product and when i was checking out the manager took the ray bans out of my cart and gave them to another customer because they failed to see them or help them for 20+ mins and apparently that’s what they were looking for. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and give anyone or any other location your business. The staff has no clue how to properly handle customers nor conflict resolution. The only thing this store managed to do was anger two customers in one night And loose out on business. I wish i got the workers name to further report this matter but i swiftly left when they took the product i picked out of my cart for someone else. Seriously if you can’t handle customers guess what you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. Seriously Best Buy do better and get better employees. I only wish they didn’t do this 15 mins before close because now i can’t get anything anywhere because everything is closed and i work…
