The Geek Squad tells you to make an appt. So I am at the counter for my appt at 340. and the guy brings another lady up, during my appt and helps her and stops with me and then goes back to me and then back to her. Why make me make an appt and you do not stay working with me and the other ladies appt was 420. That was very unprofessional. But at the end of it all, he got what we needed and at better price.
Called to check inventory before driving an there, the rep said that the computer says only one in stock.
Now, at most places, IMHO,.. that usually means none.
I was pleasantly surprised that the over the phone purchase was seamless & pickup in store was supwas er easy, and the computer count was accurate !
Yay !!
They don't have enough staff, but when you finally can get some help, the staff is great
