They higher the best workers who have consistently given me great service for the past 3 years. So much so that I’m Best Buy has become my first option for any tech needs
Best Buy is not a store anymore. It's a shoddy display case for online ordering. I went to buy a charger for my watch. They said they could order it and have it in 3 days. I could have one to my house from the Best Buy website in 2 days.
It's a charger. Usually if a person needs one, they need it right away. That's one of the few remaining benefits of brick and mortar electronics stores. It's not like chargers are high cost, slowly moving, or painfully specific inventory items.
Anyway, this is probably more a criticism of the general state of retail than a specific criticism of Best Buy, but dang. A charger?
