Geek Squad does amazing work!
It's pretty pathetic you can't reach a person at the store and are always routes to national call center no matter what you do

The Geek Squad tells you to make an appt. So I am at the counter for my appt at 340. and the guy brings another lady up, during my appt and helps her and stops with me and then goes back to me and then back to her. Why make me make an appt and you do not stay working with me and the other ladies appt was 420. That was very unprofessional. But at the end of it all, he got what we needed and at better price.
