About to purchase a 75in open box TV, store manager (Anita) broke it and proceeded to still try and sell it to us with no negotiation on price. The associate helping us in the beginning and the assistant manager had better customer service skills than Anita. Very disappointed and we ended up purchasing from Sam’s Club where they had better service. Will never be coming back to this store.

They've rescheduled my washer delivery four times now. The last two were less than ten minutes apart. The manager of the local Geek Squad also tried to charge me extra, and is probably the reason for the latest reschedules as I put in a complaint against her to corporate and got the charge removed. I'm beyond pissed at them, but Lowes literally doesn't even answer the phone.
Edit: In response to the owner's bot, I called many times for help and got nowhere. I've now cancelled the order and gone to Lowe's. I hope you appreciate how poor service lost you a thousand dollar sale.
