Today 8-25-24 I told my boyfriend I always get weird vibes and rude feed back from the employees so I didn’t want to go in, but I’m looking for these particular headphones which they didn’t have. I looked before asking for help by the way. I see an employee right next to me and she’s been there for a while so I say, “Excuse me. Can you help me” and she replies, “ When a employee is free they will answer to you when they can” I responded by saying excuse me again because I was shocked by the way she said it. I don’t understand why this is my experience every time when I don’t come off as a jerk customer. I work customer service as well so I always make sure I’m speaking in that manner at any store and try to be understanding.
