Stopped by on a Saturday with my 92 year old dad to get a few things. Cody welcomed us at the door and took such good care of us. What an incredible young store manager. He took time to listen to my dad on what he wanted(simply a mouse for his computer). He was a tremendous help! He is a great representative of a young man!

Seems like I’m having the same issue as so many other people on here. Someone stole my order at the Orland Park store before they shipped it to me via Roadie. Got the runaround with the horrendous call center then made my way to the Bolingbrook location closest to me (Orland is like 45 mins away). Cory and Katie were both incredibly understanding, patient, and amazing. They helped me in-store to resolve the issue even though it wasn’t on them—so I didn’t have to wait two weeks for a call center replacement or drive to Orland—and I left with the actual item I ordered. Gonna be writing to corporate about it but dang, gotta watch out for theft and company gaslighting. The 5-star rating isn’t a mistake for this store. Orland got their 1-star.
