Best Buy Bolingbrook

I came here to check out car stereos with my son. Store was empty. Sales man sent me to back right corners but didn't see any. Found another sales man after wandering around empty store and he said they don't sell them at this store but at the Best Buy on 75th & Lemont in Downers Grove, or Joliet store. I was shocked store was empty and clerk told me it's like that often and people usually only come in to look at electronics before making purchases online elsewhere. 🤨 Wow! Maybe things need to be added back to the stores that people may not get elsewhere online like car stereos.

Bolingbrook location had great service formu tv. Put it into my trunk. Niles location great for proper open box item replacing crap item I got at Roosevelt location--though Roosevelt is usually decent (at least the Verizon dudes are).

I love Best Buy, and the employees are great. But when there is a problem that was caused by some mix up on their end, and a manager is promised to call within 2 to 4 hours, crickets. I'm going on 6 days of no call back. I even went into one of the stores and still nothing. My computer is going on non functional and I can't get a call back. Highly unacceptable.

employees there aren’t helpful at all they can talk amongst each other but can’t help customers they rather be on their phones instead literally waited 30 minutes for help and never came…poor service
