I will be purchasing full price from the official brand stores and websites from now on.
The employees do not care about the recommendations they give and have little product knowledge. Now I am out of $300 in this economy !!! because one employee sold me a pair of Bose ultra open earbuds and another told me that they could not be returned even though the window was still open.
The customer support on negative reviews fails to acknowledge that the earbuds are crap, end of story. Don't send links to articles on "how to fix" them. Just stop selling them!
