They do give you somewhat service the only is that if pre-order from another bestbuy and you already paid for it, make sure and double check the merchandise you order, because you may receive the wrong thing because the person who is gathering your merchandise together can't read the receipt and not give you what's on it, they should at least double check it twice if they have to,, it must because you have kids working there and they are preoccupied on their cellphones!
I wish I could have put a zero, but it doesn't give me the option.
