Geek squad sucks I was call ALPHA COMPUTERS they at least fix your issues.
People their are great but no one knows what's in stock.
I would avoid this Best Buy Geek Squad at all costs. Brought in a gaming PC that was having issues. The only thing the technician was concerned with was selling a membership to their program at a high cost. Go find and support a local PC repair shop (DPC Computer Repair are awesome) with technicians who have knowledge and are driven by helping resolve issues and not by metrics selling memberships...

When I visited Chicago , this best buy had (at the time ) new hp envy which I managed to get for 520$ from them , it was actually 1200£ at the time so it was a really good deal , the staff was kind aswell .
