Changed managers. They returned to customer service.
This place has great customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy after purchasing a dryer. I waited a week for delivery, but it was not delivered within the promised time. When I contacted customer service, I was told to wait another week. This delay and lack of reliability were frustrating. I expected much better service.
