They had pokemon cards that we needed.
Supervisor Cory was AWESOME.. well knowledgeable, polite, patient, and super friendly.. great asset to the BEST BUY company..
Axel/ Alex dont remember name exactly(entrance) & Cory are awsome. helped me find what I need and I got it. Thank you guys
This store stole my RTX5080 order and tried to get me to take an empty box: "Lost" my pickup order and then "found" it after I contacted corporate. You can't call stores directly anymore so that was my only option. Drove back to the store a second time to pick up and the item they brought up to the register was an open-box haphazardly taped back together. Left it there and walked out. Bad enough their online system is designed for scalpers to buy everything up.
Edit: Don't gaslight me, Best Buy. If you want to "learn more about this situation," ask your CEO, Corie Barry or Kristen in Corporate Escalation. They know all about it and don't care.
