Was looking at computers, after a half hour looking couldn't find an employee to ask questions or get items out of the display case. They had two people at the door and one clerk, no one to help serve the customers.

I bought a brand new washer (Best Buy brand) just to get it home and the whole back side is smashed in. Can’t talk to anyone in the store over the phone, it sends you to a call center who hangs up on you. Will not make another purchase from Best Buy. Quality control and customer service has gone down hill. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Workers in store not at fault, Best Buy as a company is.
