Came in tonight for surround sound and a couple switch 2 accessories. Went and got the accessories and headed towards tv department. Stood there for 5 minutes waiving my hands back and forth while all the employees were standing around talking to each other. Finally got someone's attention and he said he would have someone with us shortly while he continued to talk to another female for 2 more minutes without telling anyone we needed assistance. We set down the switch accessories and went across the street to target.

Dominique Watson the store manager has some real issues she needs to deal with because it affects her treatment of others. I lost my tv in a sudden surge thanks to the tornado that recently hit and I had gsp on it. It took me forever to get a credit and now she tried to block the transaction for the new tv because I was using my partners card with her permission. I even had text shown with her number that matches on file and I’ve picked up several orders with me as the pickup person. Now I get being suspicious of fraud but I know these workers well and also I had to order the tv for a week out so even if they did suspect that my partner could easily cancel the tv order so she has no idea what she’s doing or how to treat people.
