Great service! I ordered a tv and bracket online, they e-mailed me that it was ready.
I went to the store and decided to talk to a store rep by the tvs section. He was so helpful at suggesting what I needed to do to set up everything for my tv. Picked up my order and some extra stuff, it worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend them and buy from them again!
An associate asked, "may I help with anything?" The young lady was very helpful. She was able to retrieve my item, and I was on my way. Very helpful.
Absolutely Disastrous Car Remote Starter Installation Experience
"I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I spent over $400 on a car remote starter and the recommended installation kit, specifically for my Volkswagen. I scheduled an installation appointment, took time off work, and arrived only to be told the technician had called off, a call before arriving to appointment would have been nice.
Fine, things happen. So, I rescheduled, again taking time off work. This time, I was told they couldn't complete the installation because Volkswagens and Audis require two key fobs, something that should have been explained during the initial purchase.
To summarize: Two wasted days off work, three weeks of waiting, and absolutely no installation. While I was able to return the merchandise for a refund, I can't get back the time or the immense frustration this whole ordeal caused. It's clear there's a serious lack of communication and expertise in their installation department, especially regarding specific vehicle requirements. I will never waste my time or money at Best Buy again for installations. This was a complete and utter failure."
