According to online they had 2 of these in stock. I called the number for the Kankakee/Bradley/Bourbonais whatever they call it store. A man with a foreign accent answered and said yes we have one left. I'll send you an email you click on it and pay. I did so. He said it would be waiting at the desk with our name on it. I got an order number and screen shot it.
Mind you I called first because it's a 45 minute drive. We got there, my husband went in. They found the order number and it has not been picked, apparently I spoke to a main line for customer service even though it said Kankakee number. When the guy in the store went to pick it there were none!!! And we won't get our money refunded to our debit in a few days ( we know what that means) y husband commented " that's why Amazon is putting you out of business, the kid replied "yeah probably " I'll just go home and order from them". The young man replied "That's what I would do". Pretty much done with Best Buy!

Bought a prebuilt because the store refuses to carry parts to allow people to build their own. They force these terrible prebuilt systems down your throat labeled as new gen pcs. These are old machines with terrible upgrade paths and terrible pricing. Replace this store with micro center please god I’d do anything. I have not had a good experience here since I was 12 im now 30.
