As soon as I walked in a supervisor directed me to the area of the store i needed to go for my purcase, and an employee was there to assist me. The employee went the extra mile to ensure i was buying the correct item for my computer.

Bought a brand new refrigerator and asked for doors that hinged on left side. It came with hinges on the right side instead and the delivery guy refused to change them. Then told me he'd have someone call me in 10 minutes which did NOT happen. When I called the store they also refused to change the hinges to the left side and they said they would charge me $69. to come out and change them. I refuse to pay extra for something that should have been done right in the first place... not charge extra. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Best Buy EVER AGAIN. They are terrible terrible terrible store
