Worst business ever. I have stopped going here multiple times and against my better judgement I went again. On multiple occasions the phone sales rep have told me one thing then I come back and talk to someone else, they tell me another. This time I was told we could buy an unlocked phone and trade in the current phone within 15 days after we got everything transferred and it would be credited to my purchase. Brought back the trade in the next day and was told I could only receive a best buy gift card. I will never trust a best buy employee again. On top of that the managers never have any actual customer service.
