I wandered into Best Buy today for the first time in probably over an actual decade. I was looking for dual monitors and or at least one extra. I ran into Jessi who was just absolutely fantastic, and had such a genuine personality. He showed me a portable moniter that has better reviews and one of their better seller items. He turned me into the Best Buy membership to get a bunch of great deals on technology deals through out my college years, and scrolling through I already see a ton and wish I had this before!. Anyway, I got home, and tried the new screen out to my laptop obviously. And it definitely exceeds my expectations and was exactly everything he said and more. I was very happy with my visit!

Corey, the installation specialist was very knowledgeable. He has done a great job with the hardwire dash cam installation for parking monitoring. Everything is clean, and the wires were hidden well. He also did a great job presenting his work and making sure I understood product functions. I would definitely recommend getting your install here, ask for Corey.

According to online they had 2 of these in stock. I called the number for the Kankakee/Bradley/Bourbonais whatever they call it store. A man with a foreign accent answered and said yes we have one left. I'll send you an email you click on it and pay. I did so. He said it would be waiting at the desk with our name on it. I got an order number and screen shot it.
Mind you I called first because it's a 45 minute drive. We got there, my husband went in. They found the order number and it has not been picked, apparently I spoke to a main line for customer service even though it said Kankakee number. When the guy in the store went to pick it there were none!!! And we won't get our money refunded to our debit in a few days ( we know what that means) y husband commented " that's why Amazon is putting you out of business, the kid replied "yeah probably " I'll just go home and order from them". The young man replied "That's what I would do". Pretty much done with Best Buy!
