I was served very quickly and very nicely today. I really appreciated the fact that everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out with my grandson very quickly when we needed to do so. I did notice that the store appeared to have a little less stock than the last time I was there, but perhaps that’s just a sign of the times these days.
The only reason why the rating isn't lower is because of Geek Squad's employee, Dan. He has always been so helpful, and we all love him! My computer had a busted screen and has been an issue more than 4 times. Dan always worked tirelessly to inform me of the status and next steps.
The screen isn't the stores fault, it's corporate. Which, we actually called corporate and one of their reps admitted to my father that the warranty is a scam for money, so that was a BIG no no!
Most of the sales reps are super helpful, too!
Jordan & Gorden were an exceptional team! My entire OS was fully corrupted and it took about an hour to diagnose, repair and have me out the door yet we got to have a lot fun while working on the computer! Very impressive guys! Great service! I ordered a tv and bracket online, they e-mailed me that it was ready.
I went to the store and decided to talk to a store rep by the tvs section. He was so helpful at suggesting what I needed to do to set up everything for my tv. Picked up my order and some extra stuff, it worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend them and buy from them again!
