Brought a 75 inch Samsung QLED TV for $490(Open box). They let me test the tv at the store before I brought it. No issues with the tv. Just didn’t come with a remote. No issue (Amazon sells them for cheap)They also bubble wrapped the tv and loaded the tv in my truck for me. Ps. Dont be scared to buy open box tv’s from bestbuy. I have brought 4 from Best Buy so far at amazing discounts.

I was going to use a $10 rewards certificate for a pickup order, but I decided to cancel the order and get a few other things in store. The return showed I would be refunded the $10 reward, but I never received it. Staff told me it’s a corporate issue and to ask them. Corporate says they can’t fix it. There’s miscommunication and false information. It’s only $10, but really left a bad taste.
