Amazing customer service!
Ordered a Xbox Ally. The box arrived completely empty. Customer service hung up on me. The delivery driver said "I no speak English" and hung up. Will never shop at Best Buy again. What a joke.

Spent over 20 minutes in the checkout line because now they group people checking out with merchandise in the same line as people returning merchandise. Why would you do this? Have a separate returns counter like you use to have. I know you revenue is down to a measly 41 billion. Surely you could pay someone 20/hr to work a customer returns counter instead of grouping the returns with the checkout lanes. Waste of time purchasing any items in the store. Next time, if there’s gonna be a next time, I’ll order it online. But, probably not from Not so Best Buy.
