When I went in on a weekday at noon, there was two associates per customer and I still had to wait over 15 minutes to get some help, and in order to get that help I had to reach out twice by myself. I already knew what I wanted and was begging this store to just take my money. The item was not priced and too big for me to carry through the store and that is why I needed help. I was walked past and ignored. When I did finally get helped I was in and out within 2 minutes. Lupita ended up assisting me, helped me out and was great. But be more attentive to your customer, a customer should not have to wait 15 minutes for help when associates just walk by
A family member accidently picked my best buy account when purchasing an item from this store since we have the same name and home details. I had no issue with that. My concern was that the best buy representative was able to make changes to my account without my authorization. This is a privacy concern and there were other concerning details that put peoples accounts at risk.

I asked three sales people about a Fm antenna they all said they would come back and help me no one never came back. The store didn’t have that many customers all the employees was just walking around looking busy . Well I will order from Amazon
