I went online to Best Buy’s website to purchase a Digital Xbox Game Pass Core 12 Month Membership which was listed as being purchasable. When I got the code and went to redeem it, I was informed the Core Membership is no longer available and therefore it wanted to automatically convert to a 3 month Game Pass Ultimate membership. I specifically wanted the 12 months of Core membership because of the cheaper price, not the 3 months of Ultimate. I was also informed in the store that such a return could be made since I hadn’t completed redeeming the code. They told me that Best Buy customer service could help. Well I spoke to the manager Charity and was informed that since the item was listed “non returnable” when purchased that it was not possible to give me a refund. This is false advertising on Best Buy’s part and I should be able to get a refund. An item that no longer exists in reality should not be available for purchase on Best Buy’s website. I’m thinking a lawsuit is next on my list.

Team was helpful but a lot of three items are in boxes and sealed. The pricing can vary and dependent on the current sale price of the item

I bought “open box” dishwasher in “excellent” condition. Which means - everything is supposed to be just like new. That was not true. But most importantly, the dishwasher did not have screws and hooks to mount the front panel. I spent about 5 hours on the phone and was made to visit BB stores near me for several times. And no luck. BB refused to give necessary assembly equipment NOR reimburse $35 - the cost of the replacement from Amazon. The only option they provided me was - to bring 40 pounds machine back to the outlet (2-3 hours drive for me) and return money. The most frustrating part - that nobody wanted to help. Everyone wanted me to go somewhere else. Staff in the shops were especially rude: “We work here NOT to give everyone free stuff!” like I was beggar. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible everything.

I won't be returning to this Best Buy. Customer service is none existent. I had the intention of buying a large appliance I was in the area for 30 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Left there and went to Home Depot.
