Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase I recently purchased a gas range from a Best Buy Outlet, and it’s been nothing but a hassle. The range isn’t working because the necessary propane gas kit was either missing or not properly installed. When I reached out for help, I was given the runaround and no clear solution. I understand outlet items are discounted, but that doesn’t mean they should be incomplete or non-functional. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected much better customer service from a company like Best Buy. I would not recommend buying from their outlet if you’re expecting a functional product or proper support.

Best Buy? More like Worst Buy! I came on a slow day for a phone and no one helped me! I had to flag someone down to have someone help me! The guy who helped me was professional - I'll give him that BUT he said I had to pay a fee to buy the thing!? If I didn't need a phone that I would have taken my business elsewhere!
