Purchased a TV that was marked good and described as only having minor cosmetic damage. When I arrived, the TV had a cut on the screen and had a busted corner from where it was dropped. Best Buy was useless in support and this whole endeavor was a wasted effort on a dying company.

Was shocked the outlet store was only $30 less than the brand new one at menards for the same range. No one came to see if I needed any help. They were talking amongst themselves
