I picked up a sansumg watch I ordered on line the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful as well as the staff greeting you at the door

I will never go to Best Buy again! My family warned me about going here but went anyway. I went in early in the day when they first opened to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and get it price matched. I had seen it on sale the previous day for 40% off at Sam’s Club. I had a photo of the in store bar code but was told I needed by Sam’s Club membership card to get the price matched. My sister is the club member so asked her to come with me later in the day. I showed the associate the photo, the price, and the item online and asked if she was sure I would get it price matched and she told me yes because I didn’t want to waste my time.. I came in later that day and they denied the price match. The associate I spoke to earlier in the day was no longer working but it was so frustrating that I asked the associate to avoid the double trip and triple checked just to walk in and get denied the price match. Such a waste of my time! What I told the associate I didn’t want to do. Associates should be a little more aware of what they tell their guests. Terrible customer service! How are they still in business with such terrible guest experience is beyond me. I do not recommend anyone to come in for assistance here. Go to Amazon or direct websites. Communication is clearly inconsistent here. Best Buy did not honor their code or policies. Don’t promote that you price match if you can’t stand behind it and honor for your guests.
