We went up to look for a stove but didn't find what we needed so the sales person told us about sales they had. Long story short, we bought a brand new stove and had it delivered. The next morning when we were setting it up and took the protective plastic off the front to uncover two dents right in the front of the stove to the right of the clock. Best Buy was absolutely terrible about making this right. Three options were given, get the same model again (they didn't have that in stock any where), buy a more expensive stove to replace it with, or get a laughable $50 gift card. So we get penalized for paying for shipping and them delivering a busted up stove. Unless we wanted to pay hundreds more, the gift card was the only option. A $50 gift certificate to use at the store that already sent me a banged up new stove. Why would I ever shop at any Best Buy again!?!? We definitely won't ever be returning!
