I bought tower loundery two months ago its not working they change it to a second one and its not working then the third one its over heating I bought two on the 2 July they woke me up at 6:50 am and said open the door I called my tent to open they said no one here they ware at a wrong address I called them they said we will be there in 6 minutes Now its 12:03 noon nobody showed up the waste my time and my tenants time the pushd my order to the 16 of July bad business they don’t care about any costmers at all Don’t go there don’t recommend it bad place Go for to ABT its the best good customer service

Before you buy your next appliance check them out. They have a great selection of prices, you can take your product with or have it delivered. I have purchased all my appliances here & have not been disappointed. If you have an issue with a product (only happened once) Best Buy stands behind it & works to make it right. This is an "open box" store. Many items have small scratches or dents. Occasionally it just didn't fit in the previous customer's home so it's brand new & can be added to your Best Buy total care/geek squad protection plan.

There's good prices. Be careful though. If you can't take it home with you, don't trust them to actually fulfill a delivery. I bought a washer dryer on Sunday, for delivery the next Friday. Within a day they had canceled my washer and still wanted to deliver me a dryer. Never cales to explain to me what happened to the washer. Never tried to contact me about switching to something else. Just an email out of the boo telling me my order was canceled. If you can't take it home with you, don't get it here.

My husband and I purchased an open-box washing machine in-store and drove 2.5 hours round trip to hand-select the best one—carefully choosing a unit without major dents or scratches. We paid an additional $100 for delivery. Unfortunately, the machine was delivered damaged. The JB Hunt delivery team dropped it off without unboxing or inspecting it, then left immediately. We discovered a large dent on the side and contacted Best Buy right away, only to be told the delivery wouldn’t be logged in their system for hours and to call back later. After multiple calls and a lot of wasted time, we were told there were no comparable open-box replacements. We ended up purchasing a new machine and were not refunded the $100 delivery fee, despite the damaged product. In the end, we lost about $140 and spoke with at least 10 different representatives trying to resolve the issue. If you’re considering buying from here, I strongly recommend picking up the item yourself or thoroughly inspecting the delivery before accepting it. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and we’ll be shopping elsewhere for future appliances.
