The store itself is ok. The people there are decent. But the runaround they give you about something so simple is ridiculous. They flagged my account for something that was their fault, and now, I have to buy everything directly from the store, and I can't order anything. If it's not in the store for me to take it home THAT day, I can't purchase it. 😒

Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase
I recently purchased a gas range from a Best Buy Outlet, and it’s been nothing but a hassle. The range isn’t working because the necessary propane gas kit was either missing or not properly installed. When I reached out for help, I was given the runaround and no clear solution.
I understand outlet items are discounted, but that doesn’t mean they should be incomplete or non-functional. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected much better customer service from a company like Best Buy. I would not recommend buying from their outlet if you’re expecting a functional product or proper support.
