Super attentive and amazing customer service, one of their supervisors (Tim) was such an incredible help and super patient!
Best buy is like the modern day Radio Shack
Bought a computer here, dead on arrival, returned it and got a replacement unit, just for the same problem to happen again months later. Now it's with geek squad to figure things out. Unfortunate but there's always other options, which is something to keep in mind. To give them credit where it's due, the staff try their best to be helpful where they can.
