Friendly and helpful staff at every corner!
Terrible service. Made an appointment with geek squad through Apple and they didn’t have an Apple tech on staff that day. They didn't think to inform me until I had already come to the appointment. They Rescheduled for the next day but I got a phone call that they still didn’t have an Apple tech on staff for the rescheduled appointment. Had to go in a few days later to pick up a screen protector. The employee thought that I was doing an exchange even after I told him that I wasn’t doing an exchange. Rather than listen to me, he chose to get on his radio and ask for help doing the exchange. I could not convince him that I was not doing the stupid exchange. Will avoid making purchases here in the Future.
Update: Apparently they saw fit to reply to this review to encourage me to try making another appointment to do what they had already failed to do and didn't address the second half. Lame, stupid, waste of my time. if you want to make it right, do something. don't ask me to try again.

Great place to shop the employees are so helpful.
Went here to get my phone fixed just to ultimately get told they couldn’t do anything about it and I needed to go to the Apple Store in Chicago. Goodbye the $500 I’ll never get back because I had to get a new phone as a result. But the people were nice though.
