I visited the Best Buy store on 08/12/2025, based on a price I saw on your website and on an in-store tag for the ASUS Zenbook 14 (SKU 6615729). The tag clearly showed the laptop priced at $899, valid until 08/17/2025.
When I returned today (08/14/2025) to purchase it, the price had been increased to $1,299 without any notice. I had taken a photo of the price tag as proof, and I was told by your store team that the price could not be honored. This left me extremely disappointed, especially as a tourist with limited time, expecting fair treatment in a country known for strong consumer rights.
I feel misled and believe that this misinformation caused me to waste valuable time. I hope Best Buy will take responsibility for this issue and improve clarity around in-store pricing.
I was directed to Best Buy customer service regarding the ASUS Zenbook 14 (SKU 6615729) pricing issue. However, the customer service told me that the responsibility lies with the store. Both sides kept passing me around without taking responsibility.
I strongly advise against shopping at this store. The pricing information is misleading and caused me significant frustration and wasted time.
Even if I see the low price on Doordash and provider as Best Buy, they did not offer the low price to me. See the second picture

The employee's where very helpful.
Far to travel paid 24 dollors for a uber this I wish it was close and the casher didnt have to ask for my ID twice that was alarming!
