How do I check product availability at the North Avenue Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Good bye Best Buy, hello Amazon!
I went into the store to buy a new keyboard. It was surprisingly cheaper in the store than on Amazon. I needed to try it out because I have carpal tunnel issues. The one I wanted was attached to a cable and partially obscured by the shelf that it was under. I asked the clerk if it could be taken down so that I could try it out and was told "no". I asked if I could open a box that had one in it and was told "no". I sought out a manager and showed her what I was dealing with and was also told that I could not open a box to try it out. I told her that was crazy and that I would buy it on Amazon. Her response was that I would have the same result of not knowing if it was a good fit when I got it. I told her that I didn't care because NOW I AM MAD. She did nothing to solve the situation. I ordered it on Amazon and will get it in one day. Best Buy is soon to be the next Blockbuster Video. Thank you Amazon!

A month ago I had an INCREDIBLE experience at this store purchasing a MacBook Air. Decided to come back due to the loyalty to purchase an iPad. They had an aggressive deal.
I ended up waiting over 20 minutes with worker’s either laughing it up or workers walking by me and only one gentleman calling on the walkie for folks to help me. I appreciate him, however the lack of urgency with a customer who planned on buying was wild to me.
Go to Amazon. They are not as aggressive with the deal but I just ordered mine and it’s coming in soon!!!
