Did a exchange for a TV that was shipped and came with a cracked screen. Karen and Theodore in customer service were great, freindly and made sure we were satisfied with best buy. got the exchange done in record time .
Very poor experience with bestbuy on 5/12/25 I’m still waiting on a refund of $1766.23 I was told that my check would be mailed out and processed in 7-10 business days here we are day 10 still no refund I’m glad I believe in saving my money because that’s a lot of money to just be flouting around in the mail if they even mailed it I was not provided with any type of confirmation or tracking number over all very disappointing and will never spend cash with them again
Horrible employees, I was racially profiled even though had an order number, with my ID for pickup.( STORE POLICY IS TO GIVE ORDERS WITH ORDER NUMBER AND ID BY THE WAY)
The black employee called his manager who told me I canopy pickup my order even with my order number, the rest of the two black employees standing there smirked at me and made me feel like a criminal.
Worst location out of every Best Buy I have been in.
