I have been a Best Buy customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars on electronics and appliances there. Two days ago they lost me as a customer completely. I placed an order online for “curbside pickup” for a new 60 inch tv. When I went to pick it up the app informed me “curbside pickup “ was unavailable. I proceeded to park in the Best Buy parking lot and went in to get my tv. When we asked for help bringing it to the car we were told no they would no help bring it to the parking lot only the front of the store. When I pointed out that I was informed curbside was unavailable and that didn’t make sense to have to leave, get my car, go to the front of the store find parking and come BACK inside they basically said “too bad” and refused to help bring my 60 inch tv to THEIR PARKING lot! When I said I was ready to just return it and get my money back they said “yes we can do that” so again lose the sale and the customer instead of help bring a large tv to my car. DO NOT shop here
Terrible experience. Delivered a broken tv, so couldn’t install it then rescheduled for 22 days later. Awful communication from store and customer service. Recommend another store or company for TV and delivery.
