Really hate this Best Buy. I've had nothing but bad experiences. Unfortunately, every time I've gone into it. And the only reason I ever shop at this location is due to a convenience factor because I have to do work in the Family Dollar. That's right. Next door to it. My recent experience is, I tried to purchase 2 video games as a store pickup, and the only filled one of the games and then tried to have the other one shipped to my house walked into the store, saw that the second game that they shipped was sitting on the shelf, and it was a gift for someone that I needed right away. The reason I bought it online is because I was trying to save myself time and they said on the website they had it in stock. Otherwise I would have went to like a Walmart or a target to purchase it.
It's been over a week now.And I still haven't received my game
