This store is a joke and management literally does not exist there!
I ordered an open-box fridge on the phone with them and I told them several times before ordering that I need it to be delivered and I can’t pick it up and they said yeah they can do that and once I placed my order over the phone with them turns out they put it as a pick up order! After that the store didn’t answer any phone calls! So I had to drive 2 hours back and forth to the store in traffic after work, just to be able to talk to someone, they canceled that order and placed a new one with a delivery date in 4 days which sounded a little reasonable, so I go home and a day before the delivery date they call me and they tell me that the warehouse (store) hasn’t sent the item to the fulfillment center yet and because of that the delivery is getting delayed and the earliest delivery date would be in 11 days! Like what?!?! Do you think I won’t need a fridge in my house for almost 2 weeks?!? And again no one answers the phone at the store. Not to mention I called the corporate and they said the manager will give me a call in 2 hours! But 4 days later and no call!
This store would be a great MBA business case for a horrible retail management!
Have bought many appliances from Best Buy and never had to pay extra to have the old removed. Very upset about this and I can promise you I won't buy again from you. Also customer service was absolutely no help.

Very aggressive with trying to get me on the credit card. I had to keep declining their offer repeatedly. And it would appear they were visibly getting upset with me over that. I understand trying to meet the numbers and quotas, but I was just about ready to walk out of a $1800 purchase due to it.
Best buy is not what it used to be. Half of the merchandise is gone. Employees will tell you you can order it and pickup later or have it shipped to your house. What's the point of having a brick store. Girls working there have no clue about anything. They really should be cashiers only. Store just feels cold.
