Great customer service even when busy.
Do not do anything with your Verizon account here! I went to upgrade my phone and they did not put the trade-in in the system. They kept telling me it was a Verizon issue, but when I went to the Verizon store they couldn’t even find a transaction for the trade-in on my account AND that phone was no longer on my account when I looked in my app. Best Buy, you totally screwed me over!
