How do I check product availability at the Countryside Best Buy?

Was told someone would help me by the apple counter and no one ever came. Tried to flag down some employees and they just ignored me. Went to the geek squad to see if maybe someone there could help me but after 15 minutes of standing there no one came to the counter. After 45 minutes of waiting I just left and ordered off amazon.
