Never a problem, good best buy location.
Placed an order for pickup online said item was in stock, went to go pick up my order and Mr.Adrian and his buddies hanging out on there phones just kinda gave me a look when I asked about my order claiming the item was not in stock, when my order was placed and said ready for pickup in 1 hour, Adrian as an employee in service could learn a thing or two about customer relations instead of “yeah we don’t have it” and just walking away, management of this Best Buy location clearly don’t know how to train employees or run this store, if you don’t have the item in-store then update your system, its not very difficult to keep track of inventory, or no-pick the item, I’m okay if the store doesn’t have the item but cancel the pickup instead of saying (i don’t know what to tell you and good luck) I’m pretty sure as a major establishment keeping customers is important, not to mention competing stores that are run way better than this location taking your stores local clientele, but who am I to tell you how to run a store but I can tell you that yall are not good at running this store, highly recommend better training for management and floor personnel,
ALSO YALL WILL TAKE MY MONEY IN A SECOND BUT MAKE ME WAIT 7-10 DAYS FOR A REFUND, THATS CRAZY WORK
I came to this bestbuy just trying to trade in my iPad , on the bestbuy website it says they will give me a $300 trade in for my iPad A16 they said they said they would only give me $250 but I told them this is the new iPad from 2025 A16 , then I was told this iPad is too new and they can’t accept it unless I put drop off iPad or ship it , but on the website it shows they accept it for trade in . So I went to another bestbuy and they found the product on the system and I got my trade in gift card.
Didn't have what was needed. Store under staffed. Had to go looking for assistance.
