Angel provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We came into Best Buy with a general idea of what my little sister needed for college, but we definitely needed guidance in choosing the right laptop. Angel took the time to understand that she’s an engineering major and shared so much helpful insight about what would best fit her needs. He patiently walked us through several options, explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us choose a laptop and all the accessories she’ll need for school. What made the experience even more memorable was how genuinely kind and encouraging everyone on the team was. Several employees had also studied engineering, they wished her luck and made her feel excited about this next chapter. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported from start to finish. Really friendly employees and really helpful employees

The store layout is ok and clean but the same issues with all Best Buys, they have a bunch of people on the floor and in front but no one walking the floor to actually help. Everything is locked so you need an associate for the majority of products. When we finally did get help the associate was very nice.

I bought a dishwasher, stove, and washing machine. They forced separate delivery dates and delivered to the wrong address. When we asked if they can take it 5 minutes down the road they refused. It’s been a week and they still won’t call me back or let me speak to a manager. I am still waiting for them to deliver and install as promised. Do not buy from them.
