Angel provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We came into Best Buy with a general idea of what my little sister needed for college, but we definitely needed guidance in choosing the right laptop. Angel took the time to understand that she’s an engineering major and shared so much helpful insight about what would best fit her needs. He patiently walked us through several options, explained the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us choose a laptop and all the accessories she’ll need for school.
What made the experience even more memorable was how genuinely kind and encouraging everyone on the team was. Several employees had also studied engineering, they wished her luck and made her feel excited about this next chapter. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported from start to finish.
