Very very poor service on phone , bought a 4 pack apple air tag only 3 in the pack . Tried calling the automated service was so irritating I pulled my hair trying to get them to listen but the person did not get it , as soon as you say apple they look for an apple device . Anyway long story short I’m so disappointed. And my personal advice, if you buy any products ask the customer service team to open it .

Good store but way overpriced items. Plus there is a micro tech near Chicago with way cheaper and better items. But if you don’t want to go there this is a good option.
I went there twice. The first they treated me horribly. I begged them to let me know if the computer monitor would fit my laptop but they ignored me for about half an hour. I left and went to Walmart next door. They had better service but they didn't have what I needed. They said Best Buy may have. I went back to Best buy the next day and the guy who helped me showed me exactly the monitor I needed and showed me the cable within 10 minutes of me being there. He redeemed best buy

I was unable to complete the Best Buy survey, so here I am writing a review instead. I stopped in last week for a computer transfer and trade-in, and was so grateful for the amazing customer service I experienced. Jahmir was an incredible help and such a personable and kind employee! He made my Best Buy experience go so smoothly. Thanks, Jahmir!!
