So I was at the Dekalb Best Buy band enquired about a delivery of Pokémon cards. I was looking for the etb for my grandson. I know they had them according to internet. The kid behind the counter told me they had them and they would be selling them on Friday. So I thanked him and left. This morning which is Wednesday, they sold them all. He flat out lied to me. He also told me I would have to be there at 5:00 am and stand in line, which is fine but he also said it would be raining which it won't be. What kind of store is this. The employee's lie to the customer's. Because I am older woman they don't want my business? I will never buy another product from Best Buy. You just can't trust them here in Dekalb Illinois. Shame on you Best Buy. You need to do better.

Zero stars. The employees literally lie about product availability. Went out last night asked for an item that was in stock in store for the manager BJ to lie about the item. Said it would release Friday meanwhile they sold it all this morning. BJ lies about product availability. Don’t trust this 🗑️

I got a smart lG tv from the store yesterday around 7pm,the guy who helped us to choose and purchase the TV was nice but the manager was so bad,he is arrogant and not helping at all..we got another toy for my child and there was no one at the cashier desk ,he was there and refused to finish the purchase saying that he is the manager !!!!,my child was so upset ..then finally he did the purchase moving his head away from us in a very disrespectful way..I decided to return the TV and the toy immediately but my husband said no need especially that my child wanted the toy badly…but That was first time in my life to feel like this..It was very bad experience.
