Got what I went for and was in and out in 5 minutes.
Good selection, Cindy was great in helping apply for credit, then it was like pulling teeth to get help on the floor, I almost walked out in anger after 20 minutes of trying to find someone, Cindy came like a superhero and helped us with everything we needed. She was awesome!! they need more employees like her.

Very very poor service on phone , bought a 4 pack apple air tag only 3 in the pack . Tried calling the automated service was so irritating I pulled my hair trying to get them to listen but the person did not get it , as soon as you say apple they look for an apple device . Anyway long story short I’m so disappointed. And my personal advice, if you buy any products ask the customer service team to open it .

Good store but way overpriced items. Plus there is a micro tech near Chicago with way cheaper and better items. But if you don’t want to go there this is a good option.
