Bought an open box TV listed in excellent condition and not missing anything. Tell me why I get home and it doesn't have a remote, and has a bag taped to the screen. Can't even set the stupid thing up just wasted my time because it's getting returned now.

Got what I went for and was in and out in 5 minutes.
Good selection, Cindy was great in helping apply for credit, then it was like pulling teeth to get help on the floor, I almost walked out in anger after 20 minutes of trying to find someone, Cindy came like a superhero and helped us with everything we needed. She was awesome!! they need more employees like her.
