I went there twice. The first they they treated me horribly. I begged them to let me know if the computer monitor would fit my laptop but they ignored me for about half an hour. I left and went to Walmart next door. They had better service but they didn't have what I needed. They said Best Buy may have. I went back to Best buy the next day and the guy who helped me showed me exactly the monitor I needed and showed me the cable within 10 minutes of me being there. He redeemed best buy

I was unable to complete the Best Buy survey, so here I am writing a review instead. I stopped in last week for a computer transfer and trade-in, and was so grateful for the amazing customer service I experienced. Jahmir was an incredible help and such a personable and kind employee! He made my Best Buy experience go so smoothly. Thanks, Jahmir!!

What an experience. No wonder why Best Buy is closing all locations! Manager Richard Allen very rude and unprofessional
You can not call the vocal Best Buy you end up getting someone in some other country or some other state and they cannot speak English very well and they are not helpful whatsoever and it takes forever to try to get to talk to a real person and when you do, they cannot help you Best Buy has gotten worse I do not and will not buy from them
