Very unprofessional staff. Especially from the so called "manager". All of them seemed so apathetic and unwilling to help. All I wanted to do was a simple return/exchange. Terrible customer service, and very unhelpful.

Bought an open box TV listed in excellent condition and not missing anything. Tell me why I get home and it doesn't have a remote, and has a bag taped to the screen. Can't even set the stupid thing up just wasted my time because it's getting returned now.
