Dear Best Buy Team,
I visited the Downers Grove location on Sunday, 8/17, around 4:30 PM CST, looking for a stackable washer and dryer. At the front, the attendant kindly added my name to the queue so someone from the appliance area could assist me.
Unfortunately, despite being added to the list three separate times and waiting a total of about 25 minutes, no one ever came to help me. After the third attempt and a 25-minute wait, I had to leave without receiving assistance.
I’ve been shopping at this location for over 15 years and have always trusted Best Buy for my purchases. However, this experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing. As a TotalTech member, I don’t want to leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback so the team can improve how customers are assisted when visiting the store.
I hope this can be addressed to ensure better service for future customers.

Thanks for sharing your recent experience with us. When purchasing new appliances, it's understandable that you'll need some assistance to complete the purchase. Having to wait so long after several requests though, is certainly not ideal.
Our employees should be ensuring that customers are being assisted in a timely manner, or at the very least, acknowledging them and letting them know that they'll be with you, as soon as they're done assisting someone else.
