Was great service, can find anything
My 2 week old Sony TV died. Best Buy will not bring me a replacement. I have to take it back to them because it's not over 50 inches. Really? It's criminal to make a paying customer go through this. They couldn't care less.

This is a very Bad Store ( Best Buy on Butterfield Rd Downers Grove IL )
The night before this Blackday Friday (11-26-2025) I placed a Monitor order online and completely paid it by Best Buy card and had my receipt email as
The next day it supposed to go to that store to pickup my order. On my way to this store I received a text message from this Best Buy telling me my Order been canceled.
I didn’t stop, I went directly to the Store to ask why they canceled my order. I talked with service desk associate and apparently he knew that cancellation. He told me there was a customer who bought that monitor & they are now this monitor is out of stock.
I am so disappointed and upset.
I asked that associate to find me another store that they do have these monitors on stock & he did find another Best Buy Store on 75th & Lemont Downers Grove, IL which is about 20 minutes drive away from their location.
I Had to drive to that other Store & as soon as I told the service desk what happened they apologized to me and offered the help I need. Even Though the waiting to get the monitor was too long (about 25 minutes ) but at least I got the monitor.
Best Buy prices are competitive and I appreciate paying 20 bucks less for a PS controller for Black Friday deals!
