I wish I could rate less than one star. I went to the store to pay my bill, but I couldn't because the machine didn't recognize my card to make a payment, but it will recognize the card to make purchases. No one seems to know the reason why. In the past, I tried to pay using my bill, but I was told it's best to use the credit card to make payments. Of course, I got a chance to talk to a useless manager (Rodea). How about my husband and I pay off the credit card and NEVER shop at Best Buy. Every time I go into this store, there's a problem.
I’ve been purchasing appliances from this location for the past 8 years for various projects and this most recent time we went in to browse, Mildred approached us and was so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to give suggestions on upgrades and different options that best suited our needs since this would be for our personal home. We are so happy with our appliance purchase because of Mildred! She is amazing. Will be back because of her!

Love all of the products and the staff is so knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell even though they could've easily with me. I was so happy with them that I signed up for the highest level protection plan!
