Came for pick-up an order, hours from ordering, still not ready. Small order. Asked if they can help me receive it as I'm already waiting in the store, but, they just refused. Not a small efort from their side. Rude staff. Here for another 1h, still waiting.

Ok best. I asked about the recent promo that came out, they didn't have it, but had 6 boxes full of old promos from last year and this year. These aren't in their system anymore, so they had a hard time figuring how to scan after I spent $15 to get one.
