They called the Police on me March 28th for waiting outside until the Store opened and made me leave. I came back after a Lady waited in the same location. Every time I come this place I have a bad experience.

Absolute trash customer service. There's no way to call the customer service desk directly so I got routed to an answering service. I called 4 days in a row for an update on a computer I dropped off and have yet to get a response.

Horrible business. They had a sale on phones if you activated with them. I waited 20 minutes to be seen by an Employee. Wasted another 20 minutes cause the guy couldn't activate it. Didn't get any sort of deal or discount.

Went to Best Buy 75th. & Lemont Rd. for a television. Walked to the back and no sales associate in sight. Asked somebody walking by and told us he would send somebody. Waited twenty minutes………. nobody, so we walked out! Worst customer service. We went to Best Buy on Butterfield, we were greeted at the door and asked by how many associates if we needed help. Amir, CJ and one other gentleman (can’t remember his name) were fantastic! So helpful and very knowledgeable about the televisions we were looking at. Glad we bought the television from the Downers Grove store.
