Ok best. I asked about the recent promo that came out, they didn't have it, but had 6 boxes full of old promos from last year and this year. These aren't in their system anymore, so they had a hard time figuring how to scan after I spent $15 to get one.

Went in just to buy an extension cord and a controller. I knew where everything was so after being greeted by the helpful and polite staff I didn't need help after that. Up to this point I'd rate 5 stars.
However, the check out process could not have been any worse. I was helped by an older gentlemen who couldn't take no for an answer. He went on and on and on and on about the credit card and rewards program. After being told no more times than I remember he still continued to tell me about the program. I don't mind the hustle as I'm sure its part of their metrics but he then made some disrespectful sarcastic comment under his breathe about how Im throwing money away. Somehow I managed to make it past all that, but then he asked me if I wanted protection for the controller and he still wouldn't take no for answer.
That check out process probably took at least 10 minutes as he was also taking his sweet time to ring stuff out. I could have been out the store in 2 minutes tops. Next time I go in, if I see him at the register I'm leaving. Or I'm gonna go back to my car and just set up a pickup and wait.
