Been here to purchase a Samsung S series ultra phone had to wait for a service advisor for over an hour and the worst part…after making the payment was asked to collect the item from their other store about 4-5 miles away…awful

Worst experience of my life. They made a mistake typing in my credit card during a refund and I still have not received my money back after 9 days. I had 2 days of unanswered phone calls and had to walk to my nearest Best Buy to get the emails of the store manager and district manager. 2 days later and it is still not resolved. They do not care about their customers.
