I needed 3 32 inch monitors by request of a client who had issues with their older monitors. I found 3 Samsung units and ordered them online. On my way there I received a notification in just 15 minutes that my order was ready. I let them know I had arrived and they loaded them in my car and I was on my way to getting them to my client in Rosemont at the Convention center. Excellent service on their part. Thank you Best Buy!

Poor customer service for online pick up my item wasn't ready for over 1.5 hours. The store needs to separate online pick up from in store purchases. I had to wait over 35 minutes to get my item. The manager didn't seam to care if I didn't get my item.
I will not be back to buy anything again even though they had what I needed. If things don't improve this place will be out of business just like Circuit City.

Usually when I go there and don't need assistance all the staff walk up and ask if I need assistance but when I do need assistance they're gone lmao. They also don't have any pixel watches in stock fyi.
