Bought an open box TV. It was listed as excellent condition. Excellent condition says the following:
"Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings.
Includes all parts and accessories. Packaging may vary or be absent."
This means I should have gotten a remote, tv stand and a working TV. Instead what I got was a tv with a large black line across the screen, the previous owner was still logged into the account, the remote AND tv stand was missing.
When I contacted Best Buy about this, they told me that their open box policy does not require any accessories to be included.
If this is the policy, why is it advertised as ALL accessories will be included. I live far from any best buy so having to drive all the way back to return this is extremely frustrating.
The employees are nice. When you first walk in they will greet you and ask if you need help finding anything.
Had quarter panel speakers install. They did an excellent job!
I made an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced at Best Buy. My appointment was scheduled for 6:40pm on a Saturday and it was made 3 days in advance. I get to my appointment and this kid behind the counter tells me that we can do paperwork today but the actual repair has to be scheduled for another day. Why?? “Because the repair guy was scheduled to get off 45 min ago. He’s hanging out in the back right now, but he’s off the clock.” Really?? What’s the point of having an appointment then??! I can’t believe I had to stop what I was doing in St Charles, MO and drive 45 to 50 min to make it. Why on earth did I just battle Saturday traffic on 270 for 45 minutes to sign paperwork?!? What an absolute joke. That’s the last appointment I’m making with The Geek Squad.
