DYLAN NEEDS A RAISE!!! Not only was he serving EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, but most importantly a face card that wasn’t declining!! He could sell me the carpet at Best Buy and I would purchase every square foot.
Had radio & speakers put in my 2002, jamming driving down the road. Yada installer very good.

Not a great experience with a remote vehicle start install with this location. Ran through the compatibility checker which confirmed it was compatible with my vehicle. Paid $331 for the product and install. Schedule the appointment about a week out. Confirmed my appointment with Best Buy about a day before installation. Got a call shortly after that, that their location doesn't have the "firmware" to install it on a 1993 vehicle. So order was cancelled and now I wait for a refund. Just a waste of time getting everything coordinated, not the end of the world.
Not sure how the purchase got this far in the process before cancelling, and not sure what "firmware" has to do with it, these can be installed at home if you have the patience to wire it in.
