First stereo installation was excellent. That is why I chose Best Buy to purchase and have installed a second stereo in a different vehicle. The appointment was canceled by Best Buy and my daughter still has not received a call back to reschedule. I don’t have the kind of time to drive the hour to and from the store (the closest one that does installs). The new AI generated call routing is horrible! You get to hear a half dozen “I don’t understand” from AI lady before you finally get a real person. That isn’t located anywhere close to the store. Just at least have access to a customer service rep. located at each store to call. This isn’t something that I should have to drive 2 hours to accomplish.

Store layout is confusing, but that’s Best Buy’s fault. Though the place was busy the staff were friendly and fast to help by knowing exactly where things were. The staff made an, otherwise, 3-star experience turn to 4.
Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful with my husband's questions and input on the information we needed. We went home to talk about the item and made some decisions. Went back 2 days later and Jordan was able to continue to be help. We were able to make a well informed decision and purchase.
