Not a great experience with a remote vehicle start install with this location. Ran through the compatibility checker which confirmed it was compatible with my vehicle. Paid $331 for the product and install. Schedule the appointment about a week out. Confirmed my appointment with Best Buy about a day before installation. Got a call shortly after that, that their location doesn't have the "firmware" to install it on a 1993 vehicle. So order was cancelled and now I wait for a refund. Just a waste of time getting everything coordinated, not the end of the world. Not sure how the purchase got this far in the process before cancelling, and not sure what "firmware" has to do with it, these can be installed at home if you have the patience to wire it in.

While I understand that marijuana is legal in Illinois, I believe this should be saved for personal time. When I entered the store, the two employees at the door has a strong odor of it, and it can be quite overwhelming. Not everyone is particularly fond of the smell, and it can make the environment uncomfortable. I also can’t help but wonder if the smell could be hindering the overall performance and focus of those employees. I believe in a professional setting, these kinds of distractions can impact the quality of service.
