Paid 1400.00 for a phone and case, asked about help transferring my data , the rep said it would be an extra 100, online said 40, to no avail, I did it myself. The case I bought was supposed to be magnetic, the rep and receipt says it, but trust me the only thing it sticks to is glue...50.00. Anyway I hate giving bad reviews, but what ever happened to customer service? Take the money and run best buy...

Ordered a tv online, and used curbside pickup. To me, their system is so easy and quick. After I ordered, within 5 minutes I was notified it was ready. I notified them i was there, it did not take 3 minutes and they were coming out with my order. Mind you this was black Friday and they were busy. They verified my order with me and loaded it up. I love that kinda service 😁
