When I walked into Best Buy, a greeter met me at the entrance of the store. She was very friendly and asked what I needed help in finding. She guided me into the direction I needed to go. Once I was in the area, a rep arrived. He asked me what product I was interested in. He answered all my questions about this particular item. Then he helped me find the product that was best suited for my needs. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. I was very happy with the help I was given. It provided what I needed to make the right decision. I was very impressed with my experience in the store. The store was very clean & organized. It made it easier to find things in the store. They also had a huge selection of products to choose from. I will go back again and shop there. Check them out!
ZERO STARS FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!! I BOUGHT AN INSIGNIA TV 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT'S JUNK CANNOT USE IT! I EXPECT YOU TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION ASAP! I WILL BOYCOTT BEST BUY/INSIGNIA AND HAVE EVERYONE DO THE SAME HOPEFULLY YOU GO BANKRUPT FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!
