Terrible don't buy a warranty here there don't honor it they send your product off then it expires then they don't want to exchange it will not shop here again !!

I really dislike BestBuy. I don't like being asked to give a phone number when I buy an $8 USB cable. And, no, I don't want your $12 warranty on my $8 USB cable, either. I hate that they make their employees wear those blue shirts. I really don't like the experience. But, if I have to visit a BestBuy, this Fairview Heights location is the best I've found... anywhere in the country... ever. Their online inventory quotes seem accurate. They usually have few customers, so I dont have to wait. It's clean.

I showed up after work ready to buy Meta glasses. I realized that the employee that greeted me do NOT really want to greet me. (Brayden, I saw his ID) I had questions about the new Meta Glasses and instead of helping me with the questions I had just wanted to tell me what you didn’t have and basically kicked me out of your store. Horrible customer service. I’m sorry for showing up 30 mins before closing knowing what I wanted because I spent all day researching what I wanted and where to purchase from. This was horrible and also the 2nd worse experience I’ve had in a Best Buy store…
