Ridiculous store…today 10/26 we went to buy a TV and waited and waited and waited, no one wants to work. Plenty standing around though. So, I go to front door where one worker is and she rudely says, someone should be over there. Nope…still waiting, she does nothing. Finally, we decided to leave and she rudely says, have a good day….Congrats, you just cost your store 2k for a new TV plus any future revenue.

I was planning on spending a lot of $ there. There was one other customer in the store. There were about 7-12 employees. Not one person approached me in the 45 minutes I stood there. Some walked by many times too I won't be back!

Went to look for some things on some laptops, and I was escorted around by the people on the floor one named Austin the other one several names of other guys were there to help us and the supervisor was very outstanding very professional and did a great job and direct me in the place I need to be to get the right answers way to go Austin outstanding service
