Worst store ever. Customer had to yell from the front to get a cashier. I looked around for help to get a locked up purchase and no one to be found. One group of workers huddled in a corner just laughing together. Buying from somewhere else
So there’s so much I can say about one of there star employees! Chad Smith is very personable and one of the best sales representatives I have ever met!! He had so many deals and listened to exactly what we wanted I know seeing him he’s gonna sell us something! We go in for one thing end up with 3 things! I wouldn’t want anyone else helping us!

Me need battery replace, me schedule at store, me go to store on scheduled date, no geek member there on a scheduled date? me mad! me waste gas! me can’t talk to human on phone b/c business replace call person with ai, so me no can check who in store, me want to jump off bridge in gta4, me keep rescheduling to waste resources and have them in anticipation, me still mad!

Staff is really well trained, and secretly, they will hook you up with a good future without even knowing it. It is one of the best trained staff sets I've ever encountered while traveling and visiting Best Buys on the road. Kudos to yall, amd to all the well trained SAMSUNG employees they hire here!
