I came in for a new laptop and I was completely overwhelmed in all the choices and the different features for each one. Lisa took the time to help me understand what each thing was so that I could walk out with the laptop that was perfect for me. She made the process so much easier with her bubbly personality. She has a way of making you feel like family and stress free while deciding which product is right for you! I would go back 10000 times and ask for her help each time!
I visit this location MULTIPLE times a week. Why? Because they are awesome and know exactly what I want/ am looking for. They know me by name, and I know them the same way. There are so many amazing employees there, INCLUDING their managers (shift and GM). They open their doors early on TCG drop days, and they always have a decent weekly stock!!
I attempted to price match an item using Best Buys price match guarantee. However every website or example I showed they had a serious response to decline. They said they don't price match with manufacturers, they don't price match with Amazon, and walmart, and then when I showed another website they advised it was a black Friday deal. Which it specifically was not, at this point I just left the store without the 900.00 purchase. The attitude of dismissivness by the staff at this location is probably why this location was empty.
