Staff is really well trained, and secretly, they will hook you up with a good future without even knowing it. It is one of the best trained staff sets I've ever encountered while traveling and visiting Best Buys on the road. Kudos to yall, amd to all the well trained SAMSUNG employees they hire here!
The worst store on the planet. They never have anything in stock but their website always misleads you that it’s available for pick up at the store only for you to arrive at the store and it takes more than 2 weeks for the store to have it. This has happened multiple times. I’ll go to Walmart before I go to Best Buy. Never again!!!
