Went in to upgrade my daughter’s car stereo. Spoke with Francesco, who helped me out. I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful. Chose a new head unit and we went through all the needed parts and got them ordered and selected a date for installation. Very helpful willing to listen wasn’t trying to over sell me anything. Great service.

Prob the only good thing about this location is Geek Squad, because they are proficient. Otherwise, employees don't know what they're doing.. either badly trained or just don't care about doing a good job. Will not visit again.

Cameron is the best in the Geek Squad department! The screen on my Apple Watch cracked because I dropped it on the cement just three days after buying it, and instead of having to drive all the way out to Naperville to have the screen fixed, Cameron guided me through the whole process with such ease on getting a new watch without any hassle! He’s extremely intelligent and good at his job and knows what he’s doing. Couldn’t be happier! He made everything so easy and I’m just so glad a guy with his smarts works here! Thank you Cameron!
