They messed up my progressive leasing, put me on hold for for 10 minutes while they looked for a "manager". And then hung up never let me speak to anyone else and then continued to ignore all of my calls back. I'd be mad if I was working at best buy too but thats pathetic. Bunch of thieves

I came in KNOWING exactly what I was going to leave with. Waited a very long time for help, finally got help after tracking associates down. I asked the associate if the brightness on the tablet was adjustable, she said yes. I asked her if she could show me because I wanted to make sure it was to my liking as I would be spending close to $800. The associate told me the display doesn’t do that… I thought that was the purpose of a display? For the customer to experience the product before making a purchase? I told her I wanted to buy the product tonight and I’m not comfortable making that purchase without seeing it first. Her response was “okay” and so I left. Gurnee Best Buy seems to consistently have customer service issues and I will be cancelling my membership since there is no point in continuing to return to this location or others honestly.
