Best buy is the worst. Never ever buy a phone from them. They will rob you. I had to return a phone because it was not compatable with my service and they stole 45 dollars from me calling it a restocking fee. Like they need my money with how much money they make. The phone was only a hundred bucks. So they steal half the value from me? Absolutely disgusted with this place and I'm never going back ever ever ever again. Absolute worst pathetic excuse for a electronic store I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. Do yourself a favor and go on Amazon for your electronics. Least when you return it you will get your money back and they won't completely rob you like this crappy worthless place.

I went to pick up my Samsung Ark 2, the representative name was Holly or Polly (I don't remember) but she is an old lady. I asked her if the item was not that heavy for one person, if not so I could come back later with someone. She told me to follow her and someone asked her if she needed help, she said no. When we got to the item, she told there it is. I said "oh yeah it is huge, I will need help" she didn't say anything. I was hoping to get offered help bringing the item to the car and more if the other man asked if she needed help. Then I told her I would come back later for it with my brother, she didn't say anything and just walked away. Not even a goodbye or anything. Her customer service skills are horrible. If she doesn't wanna work in that department then just quit.
