Best Buy Gurnee

This place is a joke. Every box was either open or dented. They don't even have bags! Like most of the stores in gurnee, there may be a Best Buy sign, but you're getting a gas station experience.

I purchased this CO₂ machine to make carbonated beverages. After reading the manual, I noticed it clearly states that the CO₂ cylinder should not be used if it has expired, as it may pose a safety risk. When I checked the cylinder that came with the machine, I found that it was already expired. I went back to the store to request either a replacement cylinder or a refund, but to my surprise, I was told that this item is not eligible for return, even though the manufacturer’s manual clearly says the expired cylinder should not be used. I find it very concerning that a product is being sold with an expired CO₂ cylinder while customers are not allowed to return it. Be sure to check the cylinder’s expiration date before buying. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the way this situation was handled.

Absolutely terrible, had an open box sound system listed for a price they woudlnt honor and tried to charge almost double. Tried to fix the duration but offering my a little more off the already doubled price and still couldn’t honor that price absolutely terrible. Don’t have things listed and posted for a price you cannot and will not sell them at. His excuse “the system physically won’t let me sell it that low” so then how was it listed that low to begin with.

It’s Best Buy. Blue shirts swarm you your entire visit, which is why I’ve been there twice in 15 years. Just let me shop and IF I have any questions I know how to ask for help.
