How do I check product availability at the Gurnee Best Buy?

Make sure you don’t get anything semi heavy here or they will complain before they even get your order (55” TV). Their hourly employees ungrateful thinking they are important in any manner other than to retrieve a product and place it in a vehicle.
And then when you take it out to your vehicle yourself because you don’t even want their energy around your kids, they hassle you about the cart you used.
BestBuys employees are a prime example and a constant reminder of why ordering online and having it delivered to your door without human interaction is the best and why brick and mortar stores will die.

Literally just went to do an exchange at this store and got stereotyped by the manager up front on my way to the register...had a receipt and all and he couldn't take his eyes off me...I won't spend another dollar at this store ever again...

Had a good experience with Vanessa, our sales person. She was knowledgeable about the refrigerators we were looking at. She went back to check to see if there were any other brands that fit our parameters and answered all of our questions.
