Decent location I must say. Well managed
Natasha and her manager refused to help us with a return even if a Best Buy employee told us to buy this product and wasn’t working. Didnt even hear us they were so closed mind about their 14 day policy. We even asked to have a store credit instead because we had other shopping to do but no! So terrible.

I had to wait over an hour to pick up a monitor I ordered online, and to make matters worse, they claimed they would call me when it was ready. After waiting, I decided to walk in 30 minutes later, only to find out the monitor had been ready the whole time. The customer service, especially from Katie, the manager, was unacceptable.
