I’ve had three separate appointments with Best Buy’s so-called Geek Squad—each one a complete waste of time. After hours of driving back and forth and spending even more time on the phone, I was finally told that an afternoon appointment I had scheduled couldn’t actually be fulfilled at any time that afternoon.
So what’s the point of scheduling if they can’t honor it?
This service is unreliable at best, and useless when you actually need support. When you buy the latest and greatest tech, things can (and will) go wrong. Unfortunately, Geek Squad won’t be there when it matters most.
Avoid the hassle. Avoid the broken promises. Avoid Geek Squad. Avoid this location at all costs.

They are very rude at the BestBuy. I didn't know it was a culture to be rude to customers. I even requested for the manager/supervisor by name Danny and he was worse than the rude staff. I told him i would leave a negative review and he said ''fine''. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've had to take my business to target instead. I was waiting in line at the checkout to be served and the lady attending to customers just walked away. They will be out of business very soon.
