This Best Buy location undoubtedly is the best one in the south suburbs. The manager is very knowledgeable and was able to help my wife and I with making a selection. Her staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable as well. If you're tired of just being a dollar sign and want top notch customer service, with a staff that goes over and beyond for you, this is definitely the location for you.

The cashier was very dismissive and rude towards me. Went in to do a trade in the said I had to go to checkout the lady wouldn’t do it until all the other people were out of line she was very rude to me about the whole situation and was definitely treating me different because of my race! Service was terrible

I had gone to another store to get a galaxy adapter but they didn't have any and they also had no help. Went across the street to Best Buy and the person that was helping a customer put his purchase in his car answered my question and after her help that customer he helped me find what I needed. Very helpful.
