I ordered an item online and had it delivered to my home. My item never arrived. The carrier fully acknowledged that they lost the package in their messages to me. I called Best Buy 4 times to report this. The associate hung up on two my calls out of the four calls and did not call me back. It is very challenging to get someone on the phone, which makes it more frustrating. The return process takes 10 days to refund me IF approved. This is concerning due to this being the holiday season and my funds are tied up in a large return for a lost item. No one seems to care when I call. The carrier admitted in writing that the package was lost. I also filed a police report, since this was a repeat issue from this carrier when I called to fill with PD. Will I order from Best Buy again? Most likely not, unless my full purchase amount is returned timely and hassle free.
Later in the evening, I ordered my item from another box store. They immediately delivered it with zero issues. As a warning, read about how Best Buy handles returns when their shipping company of choice is dishonest. From what I have read, they do not back their customers.
