Was just in this store looking to buy some beats. It was 2 pair I was interested in but I had questions between the 2. I was told to let them know at the checkout. I get to check out im asked which pair I say its 2 pair im interested in. The cashier with a bad bob says oh we dont take them out the case. I said you know what forget it. Ill just order off amazon. The employees at that halsted store IS ALWAYS RUDE. Ill spend my money elsewhere

Lack of urgency. I wish they would have attempted to resolve my issue immediately like the other Best Buy locations. Felt unwelcome.
