Usually have a good experience with this Best Buy in regards to orders. I placed a pre order for NBA 2K26 on July 31st. The game released its physical copy for all platforms on Sept.5. I go to pick up my preorder and it’s not available. They say they don’t have any in stock. I thought the purpose of a preorder was to assure the customer of whatever product they were getting. I have been getting the run around. Something about shipment delays or Sony didn’t send enough products.
It doesn’t matter about what they sent because preorders take first priority. As far as shipment delays go this is not Christmas or no one is on labor strike. If you all can’t keep up with this tiny little release how do you expect to do so once the holiday seasons arrives. I would be cautious of ordering or preordering anything with them this holiday season. You may not get it in time for your loved ones.

Greek Squad -Trey did an excellent job solving my Samsung 24 issue. He researched the issue, even going to the forums! He was professional and patient I would recommend the Geek Squad in Homewood!!

The employees were nice and helpful, but I'm never buying from Best Buy again. I went to the store today, bought a laptop for pickup, and I went home. The employees told me that the laptop was in transit and would arrive later tonight or early tomorrow. About 2 or 3 hours later, I got a call saying that my laptop was ready for pickup, but I immediately got an email saying that my order was canceled because I didn't pick it up on time, even though I JUST hung up the call with them. I tried to get things sorted, but I was told that there were no laptops in store, even though they JUST said that mine was ready for pickup. This was a horrible experience because I needed my laptop soon, but I never got it. I believe that they canceled my order because it was on sale, and they wanted to sell the laptop for the higher price once the sale period ended. I would give this experience a 0/5 stars if I could. Im extremely disappointed.
