Lack of staff, employees don't know the products. They don't know what area to send you to. Many customers standing around waiting for assistance. Few of us just left the store without buying anything.

Worst Experience Be very careful when buying an open-box product, and always check it in front of the staff before leaving. In my case, I bought an open-box item right at closing time, so I didn’t have the chance to inspect it there. When I opened it at home, I realized it was in terrible condition—completely unusable. When I tried to return it, the store staff kept insisting the cable was mismatched and gave me all sorts of unreasonable excuses. I explained that I had returned it with the same cable they provided, but they didn’t acknowledge the issue. Instead, they gave other baseless reasons, making the whole experience feel like a complete fraud. My advice: whenever you purchase an open-box product, either record a video while unboxing it or open it in front of them to avoid situations like this.
