Best Buy - Homewood has the worst customer service. I always get the run around whenever I go there.

All I needed was a battery change. On the first appointment the agent complained about his inventory and the generation of my iPhone.i had to reschedule because of my “find my phone” feature. On the day of the 1:20pm rescheduled appointment, a female called about 2 hours early to say that the phone would not be available before 6pm, if I kept my time slot.
For a change of battery??? Avoid these people.
