I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy location. I purchased a Blink Floodlight Camera from this store, and right out of the box, the camera was faulty. I went back just TWO DAYS later to do an exchange, and they refused to help me, claiming the serial numbers didn’t match—even though it was brand new and untouched when I bought it.
To make things worse, the management was completely unprofessional. They acted inexperienced, untrained, and honestly came off like they didn’t know how to properly handle a basic customer issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they made it more frustrating.
I ended up having to drive all the way to the Best Buy in Tinley Park just to get a simple exchange done with no issues.
This location needs serious improvement in customer service and management training. I won’t be returning.

They have a good selection and had PC parts my local best buy didn't have. The guy in the center was friendly and helpful, but the lady in the checkout line was talking on the phone the whole time.
