had ordered a macbook for that was paid for pick up and the associates were not able to scan it out for some reason. they were nice & friendly but were honestly, helpless

This review comes a few weeks late, but Molly was super helpful and tracked down the Switch 2 console I was looking for. She was also very informative about signing up for the credit card and the discount. Overall, 5/5 - great employee, would shop again.
I walked into a nearly empty store when I asked the store clerk where the dashcams were located and if I could speak to a salesperson about them. The store clerk directed me to the aísle and said that she would send someone over. I browsed the aísle for about 10 minutes. No one came. I left.
