Nice people. But the combined brain power of every employee in the store couldn’t power a light bulb. Turned a 10 minute phone pickup/trade in into a 5 hour nightmare, only to leave with the phone I traded in now factory reset
Purchased a Androide watch at the end of December, returned it 1/2 hour later and exchanged it for Google Pixel 4 watch , Purchased the extended warranty for the Android and cashier started she transferred it to the Google Pixel, 4 months later the Pixel stopped working and Bes Buy told me she didn't transferred the warranty

Robert (in appliances) assisted us on purchasing a new washer and dryer set. He was very helpful and kind. He even corrected some errors for delivery via email and helped us save money with the plus membership. He explained everything clearly and even noted the 18 months 0 interest promotion. Highly recommend, and will be coming to him next time as well.
