I don’t recommend ever getting devices fixed from Best Buy. They lie about turn around time and there’s no way to actually call the store to get information on your product. Ridiculous.

I was able to find my product okay. Had to ask someone a second time where the power banks were at. The first person I asked, she was near the entrance/exit at the store and she was glued to her phone. When I asked her the first time where the power banks were at, she just pointed at a general direction then resumed scrolling on her phone.

They canceled my order because I got it for a good price
I knew I should have bought from Costco this would have never happened. I go into the store wanting a 75in tv im walking back and forth by the tvs nobody approaches me an hour and a half later I walk to the front to ask for someone to finally come helping make my purchase 1/20/26 with delivery and install witch was $1,500+ they tell me closest delivery is a week away 1/27/26 witch i said was fine then came Monday 1/26/26 I got the email say to expect them from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm on Tuesday 1/27/26 and on that Tuesday morning at 9am I get a call and email saying I need to reschedule my appointment and now they want to do it on Thursday these people dont understand that people have jobs and everyone can't just be taking off of work whenever they want and even if they do any compensation there's no way they are going to replace my day of pay this is very irresponsible by this so called major company what ever happened to the bestbuy that everyone used to love seems like its just another electronic company thats going under
