I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to James in the TV section. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the differences between various TVs in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
It’s clear he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit for their needs. Because of James, I felt confident in my purchase. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a TV!
Don’t worry about these policies at this location, they don’t apply here. The manager will allow use of “ghost chairs” as long as you are inside your vehicle (which is usually the case with those chairs anyway). Shame.

Staff is laid back and gives the customer options to choose from instead of trying to implement hard upsells. They also do an excellent job at installing radios. Overall, ine enjoy coming here!
