I visited Best Buy and asked for help, but Adolfo was very dismissive and seemed uninterested, acting like he didn’t want to assist at all. It was frustrating to see so many employees just standing around doing nothing while I waited. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

Waste of time. Wanted to get iPhone battery replaced. So figured I would call to see if they have the battery in stock so I don’t waste the 30 minute break time I have for work. Do you get connected to the store? No you get sent to India… so schedule an appointment I get there they tell me they have to special order the battery. Why I’m not informed of this before is beyond me? Why can’t I just call the store directly instead of being routed halfway across the world?
