How do I check product availability at the Joliet Best Buy?

Went in last night to get a laptop. A young man with red hair, (sorry I forgot his name) helped me. I had specific things I was looking for in a laptop and he was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the computers and was able to show me computers that would meet my needs. He explained things to me that I didn't understand because I'm not very knowledgeable about computers. He was exactly what I was hoping for in a salesman. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
