I dropped off a custom PC that I built because I needed a base OS installed. I scheduled my appointment for 2:20 pm and sat in the waiting area until 2:55 pm before even being called up. I was given the run around about how long it would take to be done before we landed on 4:30 pm completion time. They actually finished hours later and I was unavailable to retrieve my pc that night so I waited until the next day. I was called at 8:30 am the next day to be told my computer is ready for pick up from the store, got to the store at 9:15, and was denied entry to the store until they open at 10:00 am. This has been my worst experience with customer service out of anywhere and I will not be returning for any kind of business.
