The fact that staff does organise the pokemon drops is rediculous. To further add to things its apñarently clear how much joy they exñerience when they knowingly withhold product, let an entire lkne of people in and not notify the line that they are out of luck when they approach the register. And when addressed over the issue are told no can say anything. Yeah i think thats crazy to know people with an extremely accjrate way of checking a locagilns inventory snd it somehow always being wrong at only this specific location

I was treated like a nuisance and the employee's "plural" two of them , sighed and acted kinda upset or bothered that they actually had to assist me with purchasing a 400 dollar item from there store which wasnt in stock. Rolled there eyes, slow walked,purposly looked away from me or purely disinterested..
