Never got Pokemon cards in store before, decided to go on a day they were releasing cards. They let everyone get 1 of each item there were 4 total items. So the first people got 4 products and by the time I was about to be at the register they said they were out. Waste of my time, horrible management they should’ve counted the product or counted the people instead of wasting everyone’s time. They should’ve limited it to 2 products per person not 4. Horrible experience will never shop at best buy again. Waited 2 hours.

I purchased a $350 microwave. I had to return due to it being over the range and needing a countertop microwave. When I went in, they confirmed the amount of $350. Somehow she made a mistake and only refunded $80 back. They called the manager who was incredibly rude. They told me they couldn’t refund me the full amount. I told them to give me the microwave back and cancel the refund if they couldn’t refund me my full amount. I contacted the customer service number and they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone to help me and that I needed to go back to the store to get a refund. The store that was unwilling to help, unwilling to give me a full refund. I am incredibly disappointed and will never shop here again! I would appreciate if someone is willing to reach out to me and actually help.

If you need a Apple Watch band they have them also if you want to try on a watch for size you can do it there, Verizon store does not allow it and the don’t carry watch bands
My experience is always very good in relation to the service always fast and Cortez in the bestbuy stores
