I remember back in the days you'd go on Best Buy people be there they would help you ask you if you needed anything. Now you go in there and you could be standing in one section for 30 minutes they'll walk past you not even look at you say hi or nothing. Nobody even tries to help you
I had a horrible experience with Geek Squad and a store manager at this location. They replaced an iPhone battery. After replacement, neither my mag charger, nor theirs, would charge my phone. They denied any responsibility and in the process told me too many lies to detail in this space. Avoid this store, especially if you are a senior citizen. I have called the customer service number twice and have been told that a supervisor would contact me. More than 60 hours have passed since the first call. In the second call, the agent told me that he could not find that I had submitted a complaint though I probably spent 20 minutes explaining my concern to the first rep. Worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid this store.
We stopped in for an iPad for the family today, and what a great experience. The team was super helpful getting us to where we needed to go. From there we had an idea of what we wanted but needed a little more input. That’s when Jack came on over an helped us fill in the gaps. He made our purchase easy and even helped us set up a great plan for the future! Thanks Jack!
We came in to the Best Buy Joliet, Illinois store and my wife was looking for a laptop we couldn't have ask for better customer service knowledgeable nicer team member than TJ Very helpful very professional Just very detail about every laptop he knows his stuff fantastic service I would hope that you would recognize this young man because he is really really an exemplary team member he knows his stuff Thank you TJ
