Excelente servicio de atención
They have a decent selection, customer service is good but when it comes to putting items in the car for you they just don’t seem to happy about that part and there’s this white make who works there and wow does he look so unhappy to do his job . He needs to get retrained .

This outlet does not have to adhere to the same pricing rules as a normal best buy. I bought a massage chair which was marked down due to being an open box/floor model and it came with no instructions or information. After taking it home and looking online, the same chair and model was being sold Brand New in standard Best Buy store locations for less than half of the price the Outlet store sold it to me for. Purchased Used for $1700, being sold brand new for $799 on the same day. When trying to discuss this with the manager William, he said the price is the price and there was nothing that could be done to adjust after the purchase was made.
He tried to pretend that the sale price of $800 is not in his system until I made him look it up on the computer, which he still tried to convince me that it was not the actual price. I ended up returning it at this location in order to buy it new elsewhere.
Please look up all items before buying because best practice and price is not present here and customer service in discussing these issues is not present.
