I’m pretty upset and disappointed. I drove all the way to the store, which is 40 minutes out of the way for me only to find out that an item that was supposed to have everything is missing parts. The remote was missing, which means that all the app functions are not usable. Alejandro the manager was no help and didn't seem to care. He said they are frequently missing parts for open items even though they are not sold online that way.
He wouldn't give me a remote, change the product condition so the price reflected the missing piece, or discount the product so I could buy a remote.
Nobody seemed to care and they told me to just cancel it if I wasn’t happy. Truly a lack of understanding the disappointment or trying to rectify it in any shape or form.
