Got a open box tv excellent condition right it says comes with all items didn’t get remote or stand I don’t care about the stand I just need a remote since i paid for it excellent but it should of been placed as good I contacted Best Buy they told me to return my 86 in tv since I didn’t get the remote all I asked was for a remote any remote they said return the tv that is a joke for just a remote just any remote for my tv since I paid for excellent and can’t even get a credit to my account now I have to pay out of pocket for a item that was good condition missing items Best Buy you’s are trashhh never again thank u Jason ur system didn’t allow u to over ride it but u work for corporate lol u should be higher then the system whats the point of having yall people work when u have the system telling u what u can do ….
