Unfortunately, I experienced terrible customer service at this location today. I went to return a unopened tv wall mount. First, I was told that I was outside of the 14 day return window (by 3 days) and that all I could receive was store credit. I politely asked if there was any way at all that I could receive the return credit to my card. The associate became extremely annoyed and grumbled that he would ask. After several moments of silence where absolutely no one was asked, the associate told me "yeah we can't take this item back at all." I was now confused with the conflicting answers and no reason was given as to why it could no longer be returned. I asked if I was supposed to leave with this item that I don't need, that was just barely outside of the return window, and still in a pristine box and then was rudely by the associate that he would "try the return again" but if it needed management override, there was nothing he could do. Of course it worked, which I suspected the whole time. I was rewarded with a store credit gift card tossed at me with no receipt to inform me of how much is actually on this card and then the associate walked away from the register altogether. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this experience was awful.
