I recently went back to BEST BUY, when they 1st opened i had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and never went back, until recently. I needed a antenna for my new TV, and when I went to Best Buy i was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Juan, he's VERY ACCOMMODATING, and GREAT at what he does. He directed me towards the TV area and there was where I met MJ, MJ is very knowledgeable, and GREAT at what he does. Now for me when it comes to electronics, IM DUMB!!!! I explained to MJ that I needed a antenna for my new smart TV, something easy to put together, woth no Hassle, so MJ brought me to the antennas and said I'd recommend this one its the RCA antenna for your smart TV. Easy NOT complicated, and guess what he was right so I went home putnit together with my TV, and it works, so I'm GRATEFUL for MJ. I went to Best Buy to speak to the manager and she mentioned Google review, SO I HOPE MANAGEMENT FOR BEST BUY GRTS WIND OF THIS Google review and acknowledges MJ, as well as Juan, their AMAZING. THANK YOU BOTH FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Biggest best buy I've ever seen
I was lied about my purchase. I needed my item by the same day, I was charged in this store and promsied same day pick up at another location, drovrle an hour to the other store and was told the pick up was for next week. Extremely important and busy day for me and they messed my day.
