I brought my Mom in today to get a memory card for her older phone. We initially picked the wrong size card and at the checkout Dariel was very helpful about informing us we had the incorrect card and helped open my Mom's phone to check that it would support a memory card. He guided us to the right size and then helped us install the card and put my Mom's phone back together. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal to those who are more tech savvy, but my Mom is not as familiar with the tech knowledge and we really appreciated the time Dariel took to help us. There were a lot of employees around, but he seemed to be doing most of the work in the customer service area and online.pick ups. I give Dariel 5 stars for his customer service alone.

Hello my name is Robert Holmes I am the boyfriend of Brianna Martinez that you contacted about the AirPods, I was at the Harlem Irving plaza and purchased a HomePod, extension cord, and AirPod pro 2 I bought them all together at about 316 dollars and went home when I got home the HomePod and cord worked but the AirPods didn’t work and they are supposed to have usb c but had a lighting cable I went to return then this morning and they told me they can’t accept them because the case and the box have two different serial numbers which they sold to me then informed me were fake as if I purposely switched or stole them and I’m very offended by those actions I haven’t gotten a call back from corporate and they didn’t offer an exchange or refund I am greatly disappointed after spending 169.99 on those AirPods that weren’t even real from your retail store then the employees and floor mangers proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do when I stated repeatedly that I needed to exchange them and they assumed I probably switched AirPods meaning I was discriminated for there mistake do better

I want to start by acknowledging that this issue may not be entirely the company’s fault. However, when accepting product returns, it should be the store’s responsibility to verify that the correct item is inside, regardless of whether the box is “sealed” or opened. If the AirPods my boyfriend purchased were previously returned, employees should have ensured that the seal was original and had not been tampered with. Yesterday, my boyfriend spent approximately $316 on products, including a pair of AirPods. When he got home, he realized they wouldn’t connect to his phone, though they did connect to his iPad. However, each time he tried playing music, they would glitch and disconnect. He returned to the store today to address the issue, but the staff (a different team from the previous day) refused to assist him. They claimed there was nothing they could do because the AirPods had three different serial numbers and even implied that he had swapped out the contents of the box. Calling corporate was also unhelpful, as no one answered after seven attempts. This experience was extremely frustrating and raises concerns about how returns and product verification are handled. I hope the company improves its policies to prevent similar situations in the future.
