Walked in, was greeted by The person at the front door. Asked if I needed help to go wait by a sign and he will let somebody know. Which I did. I understand the store is busy. But as a customer service representative at least acknowledge the fact that you see the person they’re waiting and let them know that you’ll be right with them. Waited for over 15 minutes. No one acknowledge anyone. So walked out the store. The lack of customer service skills is unacceptable.
