I came in today for a mouse. Online it showed they had one left. In the store the employee system showed it should be somewhere — they couldn’t find it for me. I was looking for the black one that was on sale. Since they couldn’t find it, I was offered the white version, but it was twice as expensive, so I passed. The whole experience was disappointing and waste time.

Never really have any issues with this Best Buy. I mainly do pick up here so it usually pretty fast. Sometimes gotta wait a little longer when they only have 1 person on the floor working with multiple people. They usually have everything I need in stock. Plenty of parking inside the mall.

I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I purchased a Nikon Z30 camera less than a year ago, along with a protection plan, expecting peace of mind in case of any issues. I take very careful care of my camera because it is my main work tool. Despite this, the camera broke, and instead of providing a replacement or at least a temporary solution, Best Buy only offered to send it for repair, which can take up to 4 weeks. This is unacceptable. What is the point of paying for a warranty if I am left without equipment for a month? Best Buy should value loyal customers and offer faster, more practical solutions. After this experience, I will reconsider shopping here in the future and will warn others about it.
