Very bad service at the check-out counter as well as the online order in-store pickup counter. Just one checkout person who didn’t acknowledge me waiting there. Multiple store employees wandering by talking on their microphones, but none opened up another register to help out customers trying to check out. If the person at the register had looked up to acknowledge me and say something like “I will be with you soon, or “another register is opening”, that would have helped.
Shopping in this city is dystopian.
Find the photocopied piece of paper where you’d think the item to be, scan the QR code, and wait at the front for someone to get your item.
Makes one not want to shop in a place like this.
