I had a problem with my Samsung 65in TV, I mentioned the problem to the cashier and he referred me to the manager. The manager suggested i buy a Bluetooth extender... At the cost of 125.00 this manager assured me that would solve my problem. So I explained to the manager that I was not tech savvy... So he directed me to the geek squad at the cost of 160.00. The technical team came out and couldn't link the unit up. I returned the unit back to the same store location. I get the soft soap from the cashier at the return counter... the cashier went over to the manager...by the way who never looked my way. So I asked the cashier... Don't tell me that you can't take it back in return and one of your techs tried to perform the task...So now I'm out of 185.00 and Nothing performed. Never shop at BEST BUY again.

The service is garbage long wait no one paying attention to customers, so know what your looking for and rely on yourself while shopping there.
