Close to home, great variety of stores
I highly would NEVER recommend this location, not even for a return. While trying to process a return at a different location, we encountered Edwin! For purchasing of over $5,000 from Best Buy, you sure know how to treat your customers. Edwin was making assumptions appliances were stolen from the moment we arrived and to make matters worse, he created his own mindset that he was being threatened when explaining reason for return. “I’m going to call the cops” was very uncalled for if you didn’t like the response to my reason for return. Not only did he make threats, but he never even looked up my purchase in their system. He kept a form filled with personal information for the GeekSquad. You violated consumers privacy act, which you would know since you are the manager. Edwin should not be working with the public is he is not mentally capable of conversing with clients. I can only imagine the team that works under this man, as he stated he was the manager. One more reason to pick another location and supplier. Just in case you weren’t aware, RACIALLY PROFILING IS NOT OKAY.

NEVER RECOMMAND THIS LOCATION.
LAZY, RUDE and Unprofessional - absolutely not what BEST BUY stands for and not the STORE TO SHOP AT.
starting with their RUDE mgmt to cluless employee - NEED to be put ALL on re-trained for sales and customers service - taking our business somewhere where they deserve OUR $ .
WE VISITED THIS LOCATION FOR A PRODUCT after we spend almost $12,000 at different locations ..
THIS VISIT WAS A TOTAL FAIL FOR THIS BEST BUY LOCATION.

This store has gone super downhill since Covid. went in today to check out the tvs. Asked for help, waited a good while and no one came. Asked again and no one came. I was ready to buy a new tv and brought my gfs van to get it home. do better guys cmon now
