This is not customer service — this is an absolute disgrace. We bought a Dyson in this store, and when we tried to return it, we found out that the serial number on the receipt was incorrect. I even pointed out to the manager the exact employee who sold it to us. But the manager simply did not care. His only “solution” was: “Go to bestbuy.com, request a return label and ship it through FedEx or UPS. I cannot take it in store because the number is different.” So even knowing that the serial number was incorrect because of THEIR mistake, he refused to do anything. No apology, no attempt to help, and he didn’t even want to check the cameras, even though I asked directly. I was extremely frustrated, because the manager offered absolutely no help — not how to use the website, not where to find the return label, not how to submit the request. He just kept repeating “website.” And the worst part — we still cannot submit the return online, because the system keeps rejecting the serial number as incorrect. So due to THEIR mistake, we cannot return the item in store or online. By the end, I honestly lost my patience and raised my voice, because the situation was completely unfair and no one was willing to help. And instead of solving anything, the manager said: “Leave the store, or I will call security.” Not even a single apology.

Bought a TV, took it home set up and found out it was defective. Went back very next day to exchange it (Sunday morning) and store manager refused to exchange. I had to file complaints with the Illinois Attorney General’s office and the Chicago Dept of consumer affairs Was printed right in my receipt “eligible for return or exchange until 01/31/26” Very bad store management, no concern for customer service.
