Manager-Steve is a super rude and unprofessional guy. Unwilling to hear his customers out and solve the problem, even though it is their fault. He straightly yelled at me “No” when I asked if I could express my side and hang up the phone. I hope he is acknowledged that he is representing Best Buy, which company famous for their top customers service. I am still wondering how he can sit in this position!
