Shopping in this city is dystopian. Find the photocopied piece of paper where you’d think the item to be, scan the QR code, and wait at the front for someone to get your item. Makes one not want to shop in a place like this.

I have never returned a product anywhere and be told it can only be done in in-store credit, it is theft without any explanation. I do not know if this is with this location or with Best Buy in general. The store manager refused to talk to me, horrendous customer service.

I recently purchased a TV and had a good experience, but I’ve tried contacting the store multiple times for a follow-up question and am absolutely unable to reach a live associate no matter what I try. I’m hoping someone responds here. Update: there is no way to reach a local Best Buy store via phone.
