The store appeared quite empty when it came to stock. As if they were looking to permanently close. They didn't have checkout lanes, like their other stores. So I had to ask and they directed me to their customer service counter.

I took my MacBook in to get a battery replacement. It's free because I have Apple Care. They insist on charging me a $99 "incident fee ". Now I have to wait 3 -5 days to send it back to the store. It's only been 2 days. Do not go here for your Apple repair. They are stealing your money!!!

I asked Vanessa at the customer service desk and she told me that best buy did not except All in one computers as a trade in. Went on Best Buys website and they do except them as trade in. Would have given zero stars if it wasn't for another young lady that helped me in the computer section. Sorry I did not get her name. North Riverside, Illinois store
