Don’t buy items from here! They sell things that don’t match the serial number and then when you want to return it with a receipt, they won’t accept it! They have a whole bunch of young people working there that have no idea what they’re doing, and they’re not helpful at all! They’ll just rip you off

Worst experience ever! They have these young people working there. They have no idea what they’re doing. My husband and I bought a nest cam floodlight, which did not connect properly with Google support help so we tried to return it a day after it’s been purchased with the receipt and they will not take it back because supposedly the serial number does not completely match and this is the device that they sold to us! It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time buying from here. They’re not helpful at all.

I tried to leave a review using the QR code but it lead me to a page I had to make an account for. All I wanted to do was leave a message to Best Buy that Daniel was very patient and helpful. He explained different brands and gave me his honest opinion on which mouse is best for gaming but also a reasonable price. I don’t know much about it but it’s a gift for my bf so without him I would’ve made a wasteful purchase. Thank you!
