If only i could give zero stars.. an associate named Vanessa is extremely rude and constantly causes issues. I ran into an issue with her in 2024, she double charged me a tv and processed a return without my consent making me lose a promotion.. this year in 2025, i’m in line for a pick up because they simply ARE NOT proactive in their pickups so after 20mins of waiting I jumped in line and tried to get my pickup! she then tells me she won’t give me my pickup and the pickup line is “over there” and calls next IN MY FACE LMAO.. mind you, i saw another associate process a pick up in the same line before me… if you can’t deal w customer service jobs, don’t work in one. every other associate there was super nice but there’s something about her many of her colleagues and customers hate!
