Terrible experience I had them replaced my radio and put in a new one My speakers have been entirely messed up since only one side of my car works. I’ve taken it back three or four times only for it to maybe work for a week before they stop working again I’m over it. What’s the point in a lifetime warranty if they can’t even do the work right? I’m just so frustrated beyond belief I’m probably just gonna end up taking it to an actual shop and paying them to do it because this Best Buy is incompetent. I just find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay Again for work that should’ve been done right the first time I feel like I wasted my money and would’ve been better off Just sticking with my original radio this was a waste of 400 and hours of my life it takes them at least 3 hours each time and every time I end up with new scratches around the radio my car went from a pristine interior to Looking like I got it from a junkyard
