I purchased a backpack as a birthday gift and they didn’t like it and came to return it. They refused to give me a refund even though I had the receipt tag was still on the item. 15 day return policy is RIDICULOUS. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again! I’ll just purchase from Amazon at least you get a realistic return policy with receipt and tags still on item.
