Worst store ever. I went in with an intension to buy a ps5 ask a rep she said that's a question for a sales rep if you go up tot he front desk they can help. I got front desk get in line and the girl said yeah go the gaming department, I go the gaming department ask a rep and he's like you have to go the front desk. Giving the run around left and right no one want to work just walked out ill buy somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would get better employees or do better training.

15% restocking fee if a return is necessary? insane. It’s becoming more and more difficult not to just buy everything on the horrible website that is Amazon, I can’t imagine losing $30 on a $200 purchase because there’s something faulty with the electronic, or otherwise. Wild.
