Curb service was quick and easy
This best buy clean and organized. Security up front was friendly and attentive. However, we were told to wait in the PC section for assistance and we waited almost 30 minutes before getting assistance. There was no one in that department to help us. We attempted to waive down 3 additional employees who then told us to wait by the windows desk and that they didn't work in that department. We already knew what we wanted and needed some one to pull the item for us. Shouldn't be that hard.. Maybe next time I want to buy a $500 item, I'll order it online.
Chris and the staff were patient, understanding, and shopped around to get us the best deal in a price comparison with their competitors. Once they found out a competitor had a lower price, they match it. They wanted to make sure I got the best experience and helped me secure a credit card with 24 months interest free. Can't beat that. When you go, holler at Chris so he can hook you up. I didnt want to spend alot for a washer but Chris and company explained all the details so that I was comfortable with what I was buying. This is what you call customer service.
