Went here to purchase a Samsung tablet. I looked up that Best Buy price matches with competitors and Walmart was selling the S9 tablet for $469. Instead of waiting for online delivery I wanted to give the business to Best Buy. The manager Aaron didn’t want to actually price match it and when he left the employee told me verbatim ‘I think he just doesn’t want to give it to you’. Aaron or AA as your name tag displayed, your judgement is as terrible as your leadership and customer service. I did give the business to Walmart in the end and am excited to get the tablet. Also, the employee that helped had no idea how the promotion system worked when it came to my trade-in and even had me factory reset my device before double checking with the manager. The process was a massive waste of time mainly because of the store manager.
