Everything was as it should be.
Purchased an AT&T prepaid mobile card. This store insists it needs to be activated via email code, which was never received. Best Buy customer service line insists, since it's a physical card, it needs to be activated in store. There is no direct line to this store to discuss, so have taken multiple long trips. Horrible customer service at this store.
Good service and prices can be pretty good!
We needed a new refrigerator and Judy was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products with problems to solutions we weren't even aware could be a problem. Overall an excellent experience.
