Best Buy Orland Park

I will never return to this location again. Most of the employees lacked knowledge about any of their products. If you asked them a question their response was they weren’t sure and not let me see what I can find out I had already done a bit of research before coming in for the product and one sells person was telling me wrong info and was super confident but it was wrong. I felt like she was try to hurry me up and get a sale. They didn’t want to show me where the car mounts were and the man just said in the corner over there and i was like where can you show me and the issue is they weren’t even there. He didnt show me after i askd him like three times. He did not want to assist. The greeters assisted with what they could which was appreciated. Natalie had the worst attitude and the worse employee I have ever encountered at a Best Buy location. I asked her for assistance and she told me she was doing something and could not help but will call someone. She did this with an attitude as I stated that everyone I have asked has not been knowledgeable of anything. She grabbed the same employee that just looked at the product with me and said she didnt know anything and when i mentioned that to Natalie she said “oh well I am not able to help you” i heard her mumble more but who treats their employees like this. It’s like a bunch of young people that don’t care. They just got hired. Geek Squad helped me a lot and I appreciated them but literally the only people knowledgeable and willing to help. If these other employees have nasty attitudes, smart mouths, lacking basic knowledge about air pods and car mounts, then why are they working here. They acted as if they were too busy to assist a customer and that’s not cool. I have never felt this way about Best Buy. I literally sat around the store wanting to just walk out but I had driven 20min to the store already. I will never return here and if I were you I would find a different location to shop at.

Best buy has a wide selection of products. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is great! Employees are friendly and extra helpful!

This store Advertises a tv (Sony Bravia 7 85”) on Best Buy website for 2498 but won’t one honor the price in store , they are saying it’s a third party market place that it isn’t them selling the tv for that price however, they are good enough to sell through them again but won’t honor that price, talk about FALSE ADVERTISING, saying they price match but won’t honor a price that’s on THEIR OWN website talk about disappointing
