I purchased a laptop charger after specifically bringing my laptop into a Best Buy store to make sure I was buying the correct one. An employee assured me it would work, but it didn’t. When I went to return it to another Best Buy store just one day after the 15-day return window, I was told there was nothing they could do because I was on day 16. Who knew Best Buy’s standard return policy for most products is 15 days. I was disappointed that no flexibility or customer service was shown in a situation where I relied on the advice of Best Buy’s staff. To make matters worse, I spoke with the store manager, who was just as unhelpful. A good manager should be willing to listen and try to make things right, especially when an employee gave incorrect advice. Instead, I was left with a charger I can’t use and the feeling that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. Needless to say I will not go back to any Best Buy’s.

Horrible customer service. My TV only worked for a week. They scheduled the repair for weeks out. Then they canceled the repair the same day 4 hours before the 7-7 time frame was over and had to reschedule 2 weeks later to July 8th. So im just not supposed to be able to use my product for a month after paying for it?

The manager is really terrible. I bought a laptop and he told me they don't accept returns. My computer is only 48 hours old. Why is this store's manager still working? I called customer service and they actually recognized the store and apologized to me, telling me to try another storeCan't get in touch with the store.
