Messaged them as asked and the same thing. At least this customer service rep was trying to be helpful and understanding. The chat seemed robotic and they typed a message that was meant for another customer to me during it (something about delayed shipping—) I did get offered $100 off new tv but we can’t afford that. I get it, we messed up and didn’t get the extended warranty. But this is Best Buy’s product, it has an issue and no real help unless we spend $300+ for appointment and repairs or over $500 for a new one. Own up to their product you make! I saved for so long to get a tv as a Father’s Day gift, disappointed hide behind “well the warrant is gone sorry we are limited with how we can help” (1 month over) this isn’t an outside product they sell- it’s theirs! Thanks to the lady who talked to me, but still nothing. I’ll take my business elsewhere next purchase.
We got an insignia tv (their brand) 13 months ago. A manufacturing issue just came up and they want to charge more than 1/2 the tv cost to come look and repair, extra cost for parts! Yah, we get it we didn’t buy the extended warranty but a brand YOU make and no discount or help- very very disappointed. Barely a year old and they don’t care. Best Buy was our go-to for TVs. Not anymore. Very sad they wouldn’t support even when it’s a tv they made and a manufacturing error.

Very frustrating trying to call to find something, first you talk to a computer, then you talk to someone reading off of a computer overseas, they refuse to put you in contact with someone in the store.
Help in floor very aloof and seenwd dis-interested in helping out, also lack of product knowledge
