The way they treat you like you’re going to steal from their store is beyond ridiculous. Don’t go here even more so if you are of color. I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Only because I can't give it zero. This store is one of the worst ones I've been too. Makes me never want to goto best buy again. I was looking at songs bars today. I get to the end and see a nice Sony one for $99. I looked at the box and the specs. I was like yes this will do. I was a little fishy on the price so I took s picture. There was 3 of them by the way. So I grabbed it and went to pay. It rang up for 199. I was like in sorry but the sign on them says 99 and I showed her the price. She did go look and she said she would get the manager. She was very nice. Rob a so called manager came by, she told him the situation and so did I. I also showed him the picture. It said he couldn't do anything about it. I'm sorry you should honor the price. He said the only thing he could offer me was a sorry. I'm got so upset at that point. Really, maybe you should honor and then hold your employees accountable for not checking their departments often and making sure everything is where it should be. For now I on think I'll stop at ABT Electronics in Glenview or on Amazon.
