How do I check product availability at the Oswego Best Buy?

The manager is really terrible. I bought a laptop and he told me they don't accept returns. My computer is only 48 hours old. Why is this store's manager still working? I called customer service and they actually recognized the store and apologized to me, telling me to try another storeCan't get in touch with the store.

Best Buy's online site has become a 3rd party garage sale site with terrible overseas customer service. You can't even reach a local store directly anymore (Oswego, IL). When you call the local number to ask a simple question you have to navigate an AI bot and are then redirected to the clueless overseas agent that uses a fake name and knows absolutely nothing other than the FAQ's listed on their screen. Best Buy might as well just close all their brick and mortar stores and merge with Amazon. Total garbage experience!!!!!
