How do I check product availability at the Peoria Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

Had the item in stock. I purchased a game system and they didn't even have a bag for me to carry my purchase out of the store. It was night and I was by myself walking to my vehicle with a 500$ purchase available for anyone to see. I felt very uncomfortable walking out alone.
