Ordered a refrigerator on 10/18 with cost over $1300. Was to be delivered and had to cancel that due to family emergency. Attempted to reschedule at another day when was convenient. Could not provide anything but a 12hr window so I was forced to cancel the item. Terrible way to do business !

Just in there and asked for help finding something. African-American manager type in all black clothes: '"Depends. Ask that guy, I'm in the middle of something." They just lost a customer who was going to spend a couple hundred. Well done.

Today, December 11th, 2025, I’d like to put in a good word for “Charles” in the laptop computer area at the East Peoria Best Buy store. He was very patient, respectful and knowledgeable. He guided us to our best few options and explained the pros and cons very well helping us get to our final choice. If it wasn’t for Charles we would still be looking for a new laptop.
