I understand that the reason why you cannot call an individual store was because of covid. With that I say this covid is now over! It is time to stop having a call center and it is time to start being able to call the store

Went to this location for installation of DashCam and turned out to be a total rip-off. First, the rear camera was incorrectly placed, I can only see the sky in the recording. Second, the cabin camera is incorrectly placed to mainly show the passenger side, the driver is barely visible. Third, they do not show any kind of demonstration on how to use the equipment. You need to read the manual yourself to learn about using the product. Lastly, I paid in-person after the job was done and then my card (used for online appointment scheduling) was also charged the installation fee the next day. When I called the customer service, they told me to go to the store for refund. Apparently, best buy can charge my card the second time digitally, but cannot refund me. When I told them that I live two hours away, they just told me that they cannot do anything.
Now I will be taking out time from my busy schedule to dispute charges and file a complaint apart from fixing the cameras. I should have just done the installation myself!

Every time I visit I'm met with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, well-stocked shelves, and three typical better prices than most. So happy to have this store close by!
