I bought the shield for my phone, and was supposed to get replacements for the life of my phone, there’s no one at the store, and one guy told me, he didn’t feel comfortable to change it, he wanted me to pay for the cover and then have customer service change, so I went to customer service, the guy had no idea what he was doing, finally he found me on the computer, he said I am going to get it, and then he said, I can help you with that, the he went to get the shield, but he came back, and he said, that I was not covered, how did he find that out? Well needless to say, I will never go to Best Buy for anything anymore, and I will tell everyone how I was treated.

Whoever I spoke to today at your store on the phone about me leasing a Apple Watch that I will be doing next week , the lady kept pressuring me to do it today and using a tactic telling me they are low in stock when it’s not is that even how it’s done , and continued to pressure me about it and I declined getting it today as I am next week .

Worst experience I have ever had , they delivered my tv yesterday and when I went to take it out of the package, the screen was cracked. It was open box but was in perfect shape at the store when I purchased it. They damaged it when packaging it or delivering it. They would only offer to send it to geek squad for repairs or give us a $100 off new one which would be $200 more to pay over what we purchased the open box for. Manager was not understanding at all and could care less that we returned the TV and the other $1200 in sound system. Never going back.
