We came in to shop for a computer, surge protector, printer, ink, etc and Lia Flowers came over to help us. She didn't rush us and answered every question we had in language we could understand. We ended up purchasing an HP computer the first day and came back the next day and Lia helped us again and we purchased Home Office 2024 and a surge protector. She is an Excellent employee with exceptional customer service

They had a stack of items with the wrong price tag and we went to buy the item and they wouldn't honor the wrong price on the steering wheel and petals. We were going buy along with a dishwasher we planned spend. So after they didn't want to honor that. We left cause of they can't honor something like that how can we trust them to honor a bigger item for anything. We went and bought our dishwasher next door at lowes. And honestly probably got a better deal and was taken care of way better then at best buy.
