Bought a tv through their no interest program in November and they were going to hold it for me for two days. They then sold it when I came back. I then cancelled the order as I told the rep to and I got something else. 4 months later with multiple calls and 5 visits to the store and a call with citi bank, nothing has been done. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had in retail. To date, this matter is still unresolved. There has been little to no ownership taken to fix a problem they created. Bestbuy was quick to take my money, but when it came time to resolving the issue, the follow-through simply is not there. They have provided me a refund receipt and that was the most they’ve done. I’m still being billed and I don’t know what to do now since the card member services team is useless (told me the store needs to fix this), the store sent me to citi bank and citi bank said it would take the about 60-90 days. Cit bank said that the location who initially sold me the item is who can fix this. Bestbuy is striking me along and I’ll be in Monday the amount of time this has taken has been absolutely insane.
