How do I check product availability at the Peoria Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

It appears they do not test returns before reselling. Bought Flat hdtv in "excellent" condition open box. Everything look perfect on the outside until it was turned on. Shattered screen. They simply resealed the box without bothering with any testing. Straight up laziness.

My wife and I went to Best Buy to price washers and dryers. One of Best Buy’s employees came over to see if we needed any help. The service he showed use was UNMATCHED! He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a choice for what we were looking for. Their prices were very compatible to all the other stores we checked at.
