Delivered products to me that I didn't order, and then expected me to return them at my own cost. When informed of this they made no genuine efforts to make it right in any significant way despite being 100% in the wrong from start to finish. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with, and corporate does not value customer retention or company accountability at all. You could not pay me to purchase anything from this, or any other, Best Buy store in the future.

Terrible Customer Service Can't Get Anyone To Answer The Phone ,Robot Hangs Up On You With No Help ,Call 1-800-Best Buy To Get An Non English Speaking Foreign That Doesn't Help Give Nothing But Excuses And Then Says If You Don't Like It You Can Cancel Your Order Ugh Best Buy Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves,If I Could Give An Negative Rating I Would , Still Got No Nothing Resolved Very Disappointed

Ordered a refrigerator on 10/18 with cost over $1300. Was to be delivered and had to cancel that due to family emergency. Attempted to reschedule at another day when was convenient. Could not provide anything but a 12hr window so I was forced to cancel the item. Terrible way to do business !
