Traveling and needed an emergency order. Was able to order it for pickup and received the notification that it was ready. When I arrived at the store, there was an event going on. Even though I wasn’t part of the event and my order had already been paid for, I had to wait to get my item. If there’s an event, regular customers shouldn’t be punished at your company.

Trying to set up an appointment with the geek squad is frustrating. Clerk couldn't make an entry so manager stepped in. Called someone and asked me if next day worked for me. Had me pay for the service right away. When I looked at the receipt at home, it said to call to set up a time. That's when I was told there wasn't any availability. Said I'd get a call in 24 to 48 hours to set something up. I'm confused and frustrated. No phone number for local store so still in limbo. Not a great system.

Couldn't find help to get the stuff we needed. But this is becoming an every Best Buy issue... seriously try to find help and watch as every employee runs away...
