I purchased a kenwood DPX505BT, WIRING HARNESS, AND MAESTRO INTERFACE MODULE. This for a 2020 jeep compass. I was advised by the staff it was compatible and I had everything I needed. After the web link wouldn't reckonize the radio model or so i investigated, none of these items are compatible with the compass. I know I should researched myself but that's what they are there for. All I want to do is return it all and go elsewhere. I have a feeling it's not going to be simple to get the 470 dollars back. I believe the young gentleman who helped received bad data. He was extremely nice and helpful.
Incompetent people. Called to speak to someone and was hung up on because I asked for a name. I was sold the wrong device and needed to speak to a manager. My request was refused. Rude and incompetent workers. No one likes to help but everyone stands around holding personal conversation. I was sold the wrong item with misinformation.
