Today, December 11th, 2025, I’d like to put in a good word for “Charles” in the laptop computer area at the East Peoria Best Buy store. He was very patient, respectful and knowledgeable. He guided us to our best few options and explained the pros and cons very well helping us get to our final choice. If it wasn’t for Charles we would still be looking for a new laptop.
