I had an issue with my laptop, and needed to send it in for repairs.
Aaron was really helpful for the initial check-ins, and when they sent it back without repairing it, Aaron was really helpful in getting it sent back out.
Then my laptop came in, and Malachi went above and beyond helping me with it, with Adrian finishing the check out for me.
I really appreciated all the employees who helped, they were all professional and went out of their way to help me with all the problems I was having.

I bought the shield for my phone, and was supposed to get replacements for the life of my phone, there’s no one at the store, and one guy told me, he didn’t feel comfortable to change it, he wanted me to pay for the cover and then have customer service change, so I went to customer service, the guy had no idea what he was doing, finally he found me on the computer, he said I am going to get it, and then he said, I can help you with that, the he went to get the shield, but he came back, and he said, that I was not covered, how did he find that out? Well needless to say, I will never go to Best Buy for anything anymore, and I will tell everyone how I was treated.
