In today's world where customer service is non existent, my Mother in law and I the absolute best service today in Peoria's Best Buy with Tara in the cell phone area.
We went to B.B. to look at the Jitterbug phone for my Mother in Law, who has dementia. As we were looking, Tara happened to be walking in with her lunch. She set her lunch aside and began helping us. She helped us every step of the way making my Mother in law feel confident and myself and the rest of the family feeling like this was the best choice for her. We cannot thank enoughTara for her kindness and compassion. It did not go unnoticed.
Not a bad store. But for car audio I personally would find another place

First off don’t ever order online through this company! We order a MacBook Pro 16in Tuesday the 10th. We were told we would get it Thursday! There was a delay fine I get it! The issue is the person my husband talked to told him it would be a week! I got told by someone named ash she promised me we would get today! 100% sure it would be there today(friday 14th)! Well still nothing! I get on and talk to someone and was told it would be there today and with in 1-2 hours we would get a confirmation email! Still nothing! We went to the store and talked to the guy there and he said it wasn’t there and looked it up and said it just left California yesterday it would be at least 2 more days! We got a tracking number for the guy earlier that said 1-2 hours and it said it left California 3days ago! I get one and talked to a manager named cass and she said it would be here next week on the 19th! I asked for a 50-% refund because of the hassle and the lying and misinformation! She said no we can give a full refund but we would have to cancel the order no want the computer still! I think we deserve at least half of our money back from this! Never again will i ever order through this company! Also the guy at the Peoria IL store said the online people through THEIR app is a third party! How is that when it’s ur app and ur store? Also the guy at the store didn’t know anything either! Stay away from this store and ordering anything!
