No one want to help waited in line for twn minutes only one counter is open and the rest are starting at us ...the best way not to let anyone back again
Tara Aldawan helped me out. She was amazing and actively working the whole time. Stocking shelves, hauling water bottles to the break room, and helping me all with a polite attitude and a smile on her face. Please give her more money.

New location is an improvement across the board. Also some fantastic leadership at this store.
Typical retail for the current economy. Stood at the mobile counter for 20m while the ONLY associate in phones was helping another customer with a new phone. I realize he was busy but retail 101 is too at least acknowledge your waiting customer.
No acknowledgement, no manager watching their floor for customers needing help. We went up customer service to see if maybe geek squad could help, and was told he's the only one working in phones today. Not what do you need, let me get a manager, how can I help, nothing but he's the only one in phones today.
I guess I'll cancel my annual GSBT tech support.
