****I dont give any star 0 stars ****First of all i want to say that Best buy is a company where i had been buying my electronics for decades and yall had all my respect until this past Saturday i had the worst experience ever i went there like @ 9 pm and Customer service is the worst when i say the worst yall should give proper training to your employees there was an employee name Blake or Drake who is not helpful at all and tell me why this person Feels with so much authority to speak to women like if he is God or something then the second i start telling him not to raise his voice at me he states this is a private property excuse me sir is not a private property and the second i made an online purchase and yall took my money i become a consumer with the right to receive my product and iam in all my right to be at the Store which is a public place and has my product i should be the one calling the police on This guy for treating me with no respect and for not giving me my product and not to mention i felt discriminated cause im a hispanic women this person should be removed from his so called position he mention he was the supervisor and iam a supervisor myself i also work in customer service and never have i or never will treat a person like that but of course he feels so man cause im a women cause if it was my husband other would’ve been the situation i really hope yall take serious action in this or customers are going to stop coming here i know im not coming back for the lack of empathy the lack of communication the poor customer service #Dont shop at this location.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in Best Buy. I bought a MacBook online. Never got an email saying that they couldn’t find the laptop and never got an email saying it got canceled. I went twice to Best Buy i live 30 minutes away. The second time I went there and it was about closing time. Before going the second time i called best buy and they told me i could go pick up my order when i got there the second time it was just so they could tell me that they couldn’t find my order when I tried to talk to the manager and He made every excuse not to come and talk to me when he finally decided to come and talk to me. He was very rude. His name is Blake . He should learn how to talk to people. He has no manners. He’s a sorry excuse of a manager. He was just making excuses saying it was busy because of the holidays well buddy if you can’t handle that, then you shouldn’t be working at Best Buy. I honestly think he should be fired. I can’t believe Best Buy would hire someone that represent their company like they’re trash. Will not be coming back to this Best Buy because of management there is literally garbage and I can’t say enough about this guy Blake. He thinks he has so much power because he works at Best Buy as a manager get a life And learn how to have respect to people to come to your store
