I came in to see if they could fix my sata drive port and I was told it's online booking only and it would take 3 WEEKS AT LEAST even when I said it's most likely debre I was told it'd take 5-6 business days at least, and last time I trusted them it took them 6 months and it was returned in even worse quality
Not to mention that most of there products aren't available and you have to order online and wait a week at least.

Systems and services are awful for senior citizens.
11:15am on a Tuesday, the week before Christmas. There was 1 person working a register for EVERYTHING needing to be done at a register... returns, purchases, pick-ups. I was #7 in line.. 30 minutes later, I was the next one to be helped. Not sure how it is deemed reasonable to have 1 staff helping all customers. Be advised if shopping here.
