Purchased a refrigerator on a Saturday with a delivery date the following Thursday… after emptying my fridge… no show and was told, nothing was on the truck. The said they’d schedule for the following week Tuesday or Thursday. So which is it? Or will the same scenario ensue? What day should I empty the fridge? Unable to reach salesman. Very POOR customer service!

They should be forced to tell you the absolute ridiculous return policy this company offers at check out. I went to return a cable I had purchased for a photo shoot that I didn’t end up needing.. it was the same month still (25 days to be exact) so I didn’t even think anything of it. Was told I am out of luck it’s out side of their FIFTEEN day return policy… no store credit nothing, just screwed. BUT I was informed at this point that I could pay for a membership that allows 60 days for returns on future purchases..no thanks, will just be sure to never purchase anything here again.
To the reply: yes because the first thing I do when I buy something at a major chain store is sit down and read their receipt to find out their return policy. 15 days when there is not a location right by where you live is not sufficient time for someone to make a special trip to return an item, let alone a working mom of 2 young kids. I don’t know a corporate store that offers less than 30 days for returns or some sort of store credit. Especially with the receipt in hand for an unopened/unused item. It has to be the worst return policy out there and will ultimately hurt your business more than it will help - I am sure of that. Good luck!
