Best Buy Rockford

Wanted to come on here to say the MOD (Ray) for customer service went above and beyond to help me with a return. I had purchased two Bose earbud products, one being the earbud open ultras, and the other being the quiet comforts I came to return them because I did not enjoy them and they didn’t give me the excitement. I thought they would. At first the associate helping said the serial numbers do not match. And called the manager (Ray) as a manager myself for retail I knew what their first thoughts could be ifykyk. So I got worried because I did purchase them items brand new online on the Best Buy app. And these items are not cheap so I did get flustered because how were these items brand new and the serial numbers not matching??? Ray explained the policy and I know that policy states the serial numbers must match in order to receive return. Ray gave me the benefit of the doubt and went out of their way to go to the sales floor grab the same exact items I purchased and discovered that BOSE is not matching their serial numbers for their products. Short story I got my return. Ray was very wonderful and empathetic. And explained to her associates to be vigilant when that happens with the products to be certain before dismissing the customer. Ray I hope this finds you thank you for your help. And it’s customer service skills like yours that make the difference! You rock!

Floor associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately took me to the Energizer power bank that I was searching for and helped me make an astute pick for earphones.

Quick in and out! Friendly staff and they know exactly which way to point you. Clean store, cant ask for much more!

Pulled up, checked in, and they brought the item out quickly.
