Worst Customer service ever.
Had a problem with a tv and I had a counter person helping me. He told me one thing.
But it wasn’t true
Next the supervisor Abdur Rahim he was not helpful at all. He told me one thing then changed his answer
Told me another and changed his answer .
Bought a warranty for my product for no reason
Because they could not help me with it at all .
When I ask for a warranty pamphlet he would not get one for me to show me how there warranty works .
I ask him to write down his name so I could call corporate and he just pointed at his name tag finally he wrote down his name.
I can see why this store has so many 1-star reviews
