It seems like they have most electrical items you may need but we went in after years of not being there and the car stereo section is so small now not really much going on there. They do still have the installation area but the need/want for car audio must not be the same. Disappointing have good sound while driving is a must.

Great customer service and a wide variety of selections of laptops to chose from.
I drove 50 mi to get here. I talked to them on the phone. They said they had the product I was asking for. They did not have it. I should have known better. I haven't been back in years because of this. I will not be back. Do not go here

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with Best Buy was frustrating from beginning to end. What should have been a simple delivery and installation turned into multiple failed appointments, poor communication, missed work time, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I spent more time chasing updates and trying to get answers than anyone should have to for a basic purchase.
To their credit, someone eventually reached out and offered a $300 gift card, but that doesn’t really match the level of disruption and inconvenience this caused. It felt more like a small gesture to close the case than a real effort to make things right.
I expected better service and accountability from a company this size. Unfortunately, this experience has been enough for me to take my business elsewhere going forward
