Ordered 2 of the identical products- for Christmas gifts- The one shipped by Best Buy had no issues- The one shipped by Roadie, came in a beat up box with a dirty used white some kind of electronic device. We called & emailed - I follow the instructions both from the store and corporate and they have denied the claim or replacement of my order- other shippers - Roadie is the worst! I would think that Best Buy would guarantee my purchase- and not hire a delivery company that you cannot get a hold of!
I will Not be shopping there in the future, nor will my friends & family and will continue to slam them on social media- It’s not like I’m the issue, I did everything in a timely matter. - it’s their choice in who they trust to ship their products & not care when told of the issues- and showed pictures of the wrong junk product & beat up box delivered & a picture of the driver! I Called a couple times, finally said the refund would be issued within 7-14 days- after 2+ weeks I got an email yesterday - my claim is closed, further down the page, it was on the day the product had to be returned that we never received- it told me to contact the Police to handle this matter- They assured me a refund would be issued, now it’s on me to contact the police-- Shady business practices, poor customer service, support & care- Steer clear of Best Buy-

I bought a washer and dryer nine days ago they said today the 14th was the soonest they could deliver. They called me early this morning to let me know that the delivery guy called in today and that they would not be able to bring my washer and dryer until next Wednesday. …. I am beyond pissed because you cannot sit there and tell me that you don’t have any other drivers that can deliver my stuff later on this week. I already had to wait nine days and now you’re telling me to wait another seven. Trust me, I’m waiting for the store to open up at 10 cause I am pissed off
