11:15am on a Tuesday, the week before Christmas. There was 1 person working a register for EVERYTHING needing to be done at a register... returns, purchases, pick-ups. I was #7 in line.. 30 minutes later, I was the next one to be helped. Not sure how it is deemed reasonable to have 1 staff helping all customers. Be advised if shopping here.

If you’re looking for a laptop I recommend you ask for Deangelo that works there. 5/5 he has both a ton of knowledge and patience for all your questions.
Poor to non existent customer service.
