Our oven quit working and replacement parts are half the cost of a new one. We purchased a new oven at a decent price. Picked up in store was quick and easy. The line layout was a bit odd, but worked OK.
IN AREAS I'M TYPING IN CAPS IS NOT MEANT FOR YELLING JUST WANT OTHER CONSUMERS TO GO ELSEWHERE TO MAKE MAJOR ELECTRONIC PURCHASES. IT APPEARS WHEN BEST BUY SAYS THEY HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK THEY STALL YOU AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BEFORE TELLING YOU 3 MORE DAYS AND IF ITEM DINT ARRIVE WE'LL (BEST BUY) CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE AND GIVE A REFUND. THIS PURCHASE FROM TWO DIFFERENT BEST BUY STORES, ROCKFORD, IL AND JANESVILLE WI IS GIVING ME SAME RESULTS. BOTH STORES SAID IT WAS AT THE STORE ONLY LATER TO BE TOLD IT ISN'T. THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY MOM SO IF I'M GOING TO GET IT BEST MOST RELIABLE RESOURCES WILL BE EITHER AMAZON OR EBAY. Bought an item and was told to pick up December 1, 2025. Went to get not there. I got home, received an email update saying it'll be 3 more days. They said if it don't arrive THEY will cancel my purchase and give a refund. I canceled my purchase. I then went online December 1, 2025 and found the item made THIS purchase through JANESVILLE, WI BEST BUY. Upon completion of my purchase it said 1 hour my item will be ready for pick up. Glad I didn't go because I checked email then and just before this review which said not ready. It said the SAME as ROCKFORD, IL BEST BUY we'll email you when it is ready. It should've been ready 1 hour after my purchase DECEMBER 1ST. It's now DECEMBER 2ND, 2025 and I've not received an email telling me my item is ready. I'm guessing today or tomorrow JANESVILLE, WI BEST BUY we'll send me an email saying it will be 3 more days and if it don't arrive WE'LL (BEST BUY) WILL CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE AND REFUND MONEY. THIS IS A GIFT FOR MY MOM. BEST BUY IS SAYING THEY HAVE 1 OR 2 ITEMS IN STOCK LETTING CONSUMERS BELIEVE THIS UNTIL THE CONSUMERS GO TO THE STORE AND ASK ABOUT THEIR PURCHASE. I HOPE THIS KEEPS OTHERS FROM WAISTING VALUABLE TIME WHEN BUYING CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR LOVED ONES. THESE TWO JANESVILLE WI AND ROCKFORD, IL BEST BUY STORES ARE NOT RELIABLE. THIS IN MY OPINION IS WHY AT TIMES WE SEE STORES CLOSING THEIR DOORS. GOOD LUCK ALL! WE CONSUMERS MUST KEEP EACH OTHER INFORMED. FOR BEST BUY IF THEY READ THIS JUST FOR INFORMATION I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF MY PURCHASES AND EMAILS.
Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Took over 8 hrs to pick up my order. I will never stop here again. Absolutely disgusting to me.
