Came in 2 days before black friday and saw some appliances we wanted. Went home and decided to order online. Online said there were no days available for delivery, so we went into store on black friday to set this up. They could not set it up in store but put in request to have someone call us to set it up. Set up 2 different delivery days for 3 appliances the following week. Day of first delivery arrives, get a text that we have a 7-7 window, no email, text or anything after that and nothing arrived. That was on a Wednesday. Thursday my wife calls. They say they have no ideas why and that since we have a delivery for the other appliance on Friday, they will schedule all 3 to be delivered. Sounds wonderful right? Friday comes and same 7-7 text and once again, no email/text/call and no delivery. She took off 2 days of work for this. I start calling and you cannot get directly to the store so you speak with people who have no ability to actually fix the situation. Went into the store and spoke with a manager on multiple occasions who still could not solve the issue. All they would say is that the "system" is broke and that we would have to be issued a refund and reorder the items and set up new delivery dates. Never once was I offered for them to help me do this, never once was I offered any compensation for my wife taking off 2 days of work for these appliances. Absolutely nothing. Still took multiple days after that to get a full refund. Terrible customer service and will not be back buying from bestbuy, which is sad because I have bought a lot in the past.

I came in to see if they could fix my sata drive port and I was told it's online booking only and it would take 3 WEEKS AT LEAST even when I said it's most likely debre I was told it'd take 5-6 business days at least, and last time I trusted them it took them 6 months and it was returned in even worse quality Not to mention that most of there products aren't available and you have to order online and wait a week at least.

11:15am on a Tuesday, the week before Christmas. There was 1 person working a register for EVERYTHING needing to be done at a register... returns, purchases, pick-ups. I was #7 in line.. 30 minutes later, I was the next one to be helped. Not sure how it is deemed reasonable to have 1 staff helping all customers. Be advised if shopping here.
