I bought protection plan for my new lense Tamron 28-75mm on April this year. When I picking up my gear pick up Cashier said I can purchase Protection plan for $75+ tax and cancel it anytime and they will refund 100% money. Today I’m canceling protection plan and agents says that I’ll get only $50 from this. I didn’t used this plan , now it’s only 4 month from day I purchased. They Totally lying about everything. So disappointed and never ever come back to the Best Buy.
