I tried calling the store. Had to deal with some terrible AI. Got connected with an agent and the refused to connect me to the store. Took my business somewhere else. Best Buy used to be a great store.

Very bad experience with "managers" Sayed and Josh
I purchased samsung phone while ago at that time salesperson told me if you buy screen protector from us you have lifetime warranty as longest you own the phone, whenever is scratched just bring the phone and we will replace it for free.
Today I went there to replace screen protector and geek told me you have to pay
$8 for replacement. Its not about $8 its about how they can't honor their warranty.
They told me replacement means we will provide new screen you replace it.
Please, please teach them what the replacement means

A screen protector replacement is the process of removing an old, damaged, or worn-out layer of tempered glass or plastic from your phone's screen and installing a fresh one.
