Really disappointing experience. I came in to purchase a product that was showing as in stock at this location, but the shelves were completely empty. I tried multiple times to get an employee to help me, and honestly, it felt like I had to practically beg someone just to get some assistance.
What made it even more frustrating was that the product was actually in the store’s inventory — I just needed someone to help locate it. There were employees around, but instead of helping customers, they were busy joking around with each other. No one seemed interested in helping or even acknowledging that I was waiting.
The store wasn’t busy, so there was really no reason for the lack of assistance. I eventually got the product, but the whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating and definitely not the level of customer service I expected from Best Buy.

Having concerns with items that aren't available in store when you saw them available online can be difficult. In many cases we recommend to purchase for pickup, so we can let you know when and if the item is available as inventory changes faster than what is shown online, and trucks may need to be emptied out to the floor for inventory.
