The worst possible warranty service: we bought a refrigerator and an extended warranty that promised the world, but the moment the fridge broke down, we were told we had to wait two weeks for repairs—meaning two weeks without a refrigerator—because they had nothing else to offer. DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES HERE; THE PROMISES AREN'T REAL. When I asked Jhonny—the supervisor—what I was supposed to do without a fridge for two weeks, the answer was simply, "I don't know." I will never buy anything from this place again; they are irresponsible, dishonest, and do not care at all about their customers' needs.

I come to this location often to pay a bill and I always have a problem with employees making inappropriate remarks or having snobbish attitudes. After speaking with supervisors on multiple occasions the same things continue to happen. Lacks customer service skills!

Do not buy any products without verifying condition. Meaning, if you have a 100% return guarantee please open the box take a video of the product and verify there is any small scratch or anything. Because when I came to exchange my Dell laptop they did not took it because there was small scratch on it ☺️☺️☺️☺️😡😡😡😡😡What a Shame!!!!

I had an excellent experience at the Best Buy in Schaumburg while buying a laptop for my son, who was visiting from the UK. A special thank you to Mark in the laptop department. Mark had also helped us a few years ago when we purchased a laptop for my dad, and we specifically came back because we remembered his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Rather than pushing us toward the most expensive option, he honestly guided us to the laptop that best suited our requirements. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Employees like Mark are the reason customers return.
