Had a horrible experience trying to perform a return for an online order at this Best Buy.
Had placed an order for a Shokz earphone that I received with the wrong model. The website gave an option to perform the return and gave this store as an option to return and when I drove down to the store was given the walk around by the manager Ryan that since it messes up their inventory I cannot perform the return instore and have to return it back by shipping.
Either the store is not following the Best Buy corporate policy or their is an issue with the Best Buy overall return policy that they need to fix in order to make returns a smoother experience for customers instead of wasting their time.
