It's a Best Buy, about as standard as they come, not huge, not small.
Honestly, if it weren’t for Mark walking around and checking in with customers, this would’ve been a 1 star review. The manager at the front bald, glasses, looked like Peter Griffin but bald stood around and refused to assist the employee who was clearly struggling to process my screen protector replacement. I waited over 30 minutes while the employee kept trying to get help, but the manager kept repeating “I can’t help” on their walkie and didn’t even attempt to step over to the checkout.
Huge shoutout to Mark, who not only stepped in and completed the replacement but also delivered excellent customer service while doing so. He deserves a raise and honestly, a manager position. Replace the bald manager with Mark. Without him, this experience would’ve been a complete disaster.
