This location is scam ,bought a juicer and decided to return it after 5 days ,unopened box ,changed my mind,got return receipt,but recently checked my transactions,not that I didn’t get reimburse,but they doubled the transaction for 549 $ ,so 1100$ . Had to dispute with m y bank .Scammers!

I'm so thankful for Garrett in the installation department. I had gone in with an issue with my remote starter and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He got the starter working right away. Your car is in great hands with this guy! Highly recommend.
The Best Buy extended warranty is a scam. Even if a product is under manufacturer’s warranty and the product is returned within that timeframe, Best Buy will not refund the cost of what customer paid for the extended warranty. That’s profiteering. The Schaumburg Best Buy manager, Jack, lacks empathy and customer service. I recommend no one shops at the Schaumburg Best Buy.
