I am disappointed with the purchase of an A TV monitor/computer monitor, which was listed as an open-box item. Although it was advertised as being in excellent condition and offered a limited discount of $16 for the open-box status, upon arrival at home, I discovered that the main power cord was missing. After a 40-minute round-trip drive to return the item and an additional 75 minutes to retrieve it the following morning, I was unable to use the monitor as expected. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.to Best Buy. To return the item spoke to the manager and only they knew. Offer me is a free chord.
Learn lesson open box item is Nat. Worth the savings, especially at a big place like Best Buy. That's something that clearly if they return, the item should not have gotten overlooked.
