I'm not gonna lie, this is the first time I've been annoyed enough to leave a review. I'm even a plus member cuz that's how much I like the store.
Purchased a laptop charger, that was recommended by one of their associates, because the one it came with stopped working. That was on December 10th.
Not even a month later, THIS charger stopped working. Tried to return it today and was told by an associate that the manager wasn't allowing holiday returns and there was nothing he could do. It's not the associate's fault, that's for sure but what kind of ridiculous policy is that when YOUR product was the one that was defected.
Wth am I supposed to do with a defected product barely purchased a month ago?
Normally, I would fight it but I could tell that manager would be a problem so I patiently left.
Luckily I used their app to talk to a live agent, who agreed I should have been able to return it. He was such a huge help but the store....🙄🙄
Seriously.....BE BETTER!

I went in to browse the video game section, and the selection was really sad. I know Best Buy and other brick and mortar retailers are phasing out physical media, but I don't know why they even have ANY in store if they're just gonna have a small, seemingly random assortment at terrible prices. I used to love going to Best Buy as a kid, but over the years, it's become pretty terrible. Pair that with their decision to neuter/eliminate their rewards system and the inability to reach anyone in the store by phone, and they're giving people like me no reason to shop with them. I wouldn't be surprised if they go the way of Circuit City.

This location is scam ,bought a juicer and decided to return it after 5 days ,unopened box ,changed my mind,got return receipt,but recently checked my transactions,not that I didn’t get reimburse,but they doubled the transaction for 549 $ ,so 1100$ . Had to dispute with m y bank .Scammers!
