Terrible experience and Best Buy just 5min ago. Came to buy a hard drive they didn’t have the one wanted so the guy took out from the glass case different one I asked to see it and read the specification and told me I can’t hold and read it if I want to he will hold it straight up accusation I will steal it. I wanna see the policy where that is. So I typed it into Best Buy website to look at the specs he put it away locked the box and gave the keys to someone else like I wasn’t going to buy. Finally read all specs and wanted to buy it and he walked off too look for keys. He frustrated me and I walked out in my way to micro center to buy a hard drive. WORST SERVICE IN BEST BUY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A MEMBER THERE FOR OVER 20 years and been buying there for 20 years canceling my membership and going to MICRO CENTER. It's an excellent place, great service, friendly treatment, the salespeople are attentive and helpful, and the parking is very good.
Adam at the front was very kind and helpful. Quick and easy experience, will come back !
